I've just got back from work. Hop on DbD, what a mistake. You get on a game to try relax turn the brain off a bit & blood point farm. Two games back to back a Billy then a Doctor, I am instapicked from hook, tunneled & most notably in the Doctor game I was left to die on my second hook. I love knowing I paid for this game & get to play for less than 5minutes in total at the start of my session. ADDRESS THE TUNNELING! There needs to be an actual prevention from this, most importantly because I'm not the only person who has paid for this game who doesn't even get to play it TWO GAMES IN A ROW. The survivors in these cases are completely subject to the killer, whether you get to play or not at that point is up to them. It ruins the game for everyone, not a single gen has popped but the killer doesn't suffer a penalty for it. You get no tunneled out BP bonuses, no we're sorry you haven't gotten to play the game you paid for, just nothing except a lousy time.

Address it Bhvr PLEASE

Add another game to the list of tunneled tonight. A Trickster. The game for me has lasted less than 2minutes.

WHY!? Instantly chased, unfortunately downed, then proceeded to get tunneled TWICE!

I would highly recommend playing the regular mode to get away from the potato leagues I've been seeing a lot of people going 2nd stage for no reason, or taming the killer at 5 gens.

Dbd is a really bad choice if you want to relax. It's a pretty high stress game. I usualy go with palia, wandering village or jurassic world evolution 3 if i want to wind down.

Obvs the game is fun but a lot of it is dependant on the people you play with/against. Especially as survivor. My survivor games today were remarkably bad. Killers were particularly toxic and sweaty today. Experienced a lot of tunneling, BMing and a weirdly high number of rando team mates who were either straight up useless or simply DCd less than 3 minutes in. Plus 2 killers who seemed friendly and up for farming them just killed everyone once they'd maxed their points.

so you lost to a doctor who is a very weak killer and instead of looking at how your team could have played better or bringing decisive strike which is free you decided to complain about the killer . I don't get this victim mentality some people have where they refuse to improve and resort to pointing fingers .

I agree, absolutely better choices for "relaxing" but what I meant was I was hoping to just play rather casually & farm some blood points up, teams will be good, teams will be bad. Killers might sweat, some might not. Normally I'm fine with however the match goes so long as it felt worth loading into y'know. These games tonight were just back to back - LOAD IN, GET CHASED, DOWNED, PICKED, TUNNEL, REPEAT TILL DEAD. It's an awful scenario every time, again maybe not all but most players paid to play this game & playing hook struggle simulator is not what I paid to do. This game can be a chill farming session sometimes, but clearly not tonight.

The devs have already said they're no longer looking into tunnelling, after they gave up on their proposed anti-tunnelling measures. So it's here to stay. They might look at providing better counters via perks but who knows at this stage, they might also just do nothing. Honestly, if it's getting to you that much I'd just find something else to play.

Not really a game youre supposed tp relax with. You have to pay attention to a lot of things. That being said, private games can be a hoot.

DS is trash against any killer with mobility or ranged attacks. And contemplating what your randomly assigned soloq teamamtes did wrong isn’t going to do much.

They are the reason this game is where it is. But for what it's worth you are not the only one angry about this. But ultimately as long as no one demands that BHVR do something. They won't. And I agree that the anti tunnel perks are almost all useless. If they killer is going to tunnel nothing but BHVR will stop them.

Know that feel. My games were similar. Killer players have a lot of control over the game for survivor teams unless it's a super sweat squad.

When I play killer, unless survivors are being toxic (in which case I will do my level best to absolutely rinse them) I tend to ease off once I'm obviously going to win. Especially if that happens very early in the game. I'll usually let at least a couple go in most games and almost always give hatch to the last player. Honestly 4ks are so easy I'm honestly bored with them and very rarely bother playing for the 4k now. Makes it more pleasant for my opponents, shame more killers don't show that mentality. Would make mid/low tier survivor a more tolerable role.

I have never said this to a killer main before, but good on you.

Lol I wouldn't call myself a killer main. I split equally which is why I play like that, I know exactly how unpleasant bad survivor sessions can be. But thanks, I try to be the change I want to see. If killers made a tiny bit of effort to make the game less unpleasant for survivors the gsme would have auch better feel.

sweating for the 4k always puzzles me. Unless you're going for an adept there is very little point to it. Like sure ranking up is a thing, but all you get for it is a few bloodpoints. If you actively allow a survivor to get hatch then it doesn't mean you haven't beaten them, they are well aware you're better than them, you've just made an active decision to spare them and you can be sure that being given hatch means more to them both in bloodpoints and in mood than the killer gains for that last kill. Honestly it annoyed me when bhvr incentivised killers against giving hatch by adding the basekit mori.

This entire event has been like a 7:10 match ratio where a killer plays super aggressively right at 5 gens and stomps us in solo queue, 1:10 where it seems to be a baby killer, 1:10 where we're equally matched, and 1:10 where the killer wants to farm. Over all, 7 in 10 matches teach me to stop wasting pies on this dumpster fire of an event.

Get your own stupid blood points - you're not getting a percent modifier out of me. 😋
