Technically, there's a small chance for Steve to sound like his previous self when screaming. Your best chance at hearing it is probs when running Scene Partner, from mister Cage.

This is not it and personally I played 2 rinks with a stage partner and Steve never screamed like a seagull 10 percent is very little needed completely on the Scoops Ahoy skin

No, its annoying and is just funny the first 3 times, then it just plain annoyance. Good riddance on bhvr for solving that issue.
