Diminishing Returns Healing perks that we could buff.
So with Diminishing Returns coming in a couple of weeks BHVR can finally buff a lot of perks with low pick rate because others perks have been simply better. These are my suggestions for some Healing perks
Better than New is currently 16% but we could buff it to 30%. If stacked with another it would go down to 15%.
Desperate Measures could go from 20% to 25%.
Empathic Connection could go from 35% to 50%. Now I know that's the same as Botany but botany lets you also heal yourself faster Empathic is only Altruistic.
All other Healing perks that increase your Heal speed are probably fine at this moment except Road Life but that perk need more than just a numbers change

What are you hoping they do first? Haste, Hinder, heal speeds, gens speeds, or just one perk from each category at a time?

I hope these perks do get some changes, particularly Desperate Measures.
Empathic Connection however does not need any buffs; it's heal boost is not it's primary or intended function it's merely a cherry on top to hook people into using the perk. it's actual effect is not something that can really be buffed in any meaningful way since it's range increase from 90m to infinity

They can buff empathic connection by making it show your aura at all times instead of only when injured.

Additionally: Clean Break and Moment of Glory.

If they did that 4 people could just run it and make perks like Kindred, bond, empathy, and aftercare pointless
