I think now BHVR just need to add map wide Bond basekit and pre-made phrases and the gap between solo q and SWF will be as minimal as possible.

While playing in a SWF every surv can constantly say to the others where they are. It's exactly the same as a non-stop map wide Bond that can't be disabled by Blindness.
This will be a huge buff for survs and killers will struggle a lot because of it at the beginning, but with this BHVR can finally buff the killer role the way they need to be able to compete with 4-man SFW.

I think what solo queue survivors need is basekit Kindred without the Killer aura I think it'll be a lot better to help solo q teams to coordinate saves better. I don't think that's a game breaking request

I am a big advocate of having a comm wheel with pre made messages that they can send to each other.
I do understand argument about arua tho as most SWFs are not giving exact location callouts unless they are at locations like shack. I think a good middle ground would have reveal your aura to team as a comm wheel option with a cooldown and maybe have a "where is everyone" comm message so that survivors can ask to see each other like you would on a discord call.-1 -
Presumably the range extended by 3 times the current to make it better for looping. Since most people don't use it unless they or someone in their group is running open handed since it's a perk trap oitherwise.

Base kit bond well beyond sharing info as an swf. It gives people picfure perfect information. At best in an swf you csn give a general idea where youre at, but k owing exactly where people at every corner at every moment with 100% accuracy is just too much free info that is well beyond the scope of swf. Even in SWFs, how many times have you had trouble trying to find exactly where someone is to get a flashlight save? Uncertainty is part of the game.

I really wanted this for a while, but now that your fellow survivors can tell if the killer is camping based on the anti-camp bar I feel like a slightly more imperfect means of coordination would be more appropriate.

The difference betwen solo and SWF isn't just more info. More importantly, it's caring about one another and trying to be a proper team. Last thing I want is random teammates trying to unload the killer onto me because they can see my aura. A lesser version of basekit Kindred (killer aura could be cut) makes more sense. It let's everyone see what the other is doing during an important part of the game without the ability to sandbag or grief another. And if it reveals a rat crouching in a corner on the other side of the map, now you know.

Basekit bond is too much. Swfs have an advantage with communication but dbd maps aren't great for callouts beyond major ones like main and shack etc. It doesn't really compare to full surv aura reads all the time.
Basekit empathy might be ok to let solo q players get heals a little easier. Perhaps highlight gens that are being worked/show progress on them.

Sounds pretty good. I've always wondered why kindred isn't basekit. One of the reasons solo q games are usually such a disaster is that either noone goes for unhooks and killer gets free hook stages, or multiple ppl mob hook and lose gen time/give up easy hits to killer.

I would be just fine with this. It would basically just be giving solo queue the same info that SWF gets without further boosting SWF. I’d support this much more than basekit Bond which would be a lot more busted and would give SWF a boost as well.
