Ebony Mori Nerf
An ebony mori should require more effort since it rewards the killer an easy kill. Instead of hooking a survivor, an ebony mori should grant the ability to kill all survivors who have been hit 8 or more times.
Legion: Feral Frenzy hits only apply when they down the survivor.
It may encounter slugging though.
Or have the ebony mori kill only 2 survivors who have been hooked.

I agree Ebony mori should only work for 2 kills in my opinion. full team wipes from it seem a bit broken

Or make Ebony Mori work like a prenerf Ivory mori. Basically turning it into an improved ivory mori. Mori'ing the whole team is a bit drastic. Although my version is probably even stronger...

they are ultra rare and a one time only use. you dont see them too often, so i dont think your complaint is appropiate.

It takes 6 hitsminimum to totally kill a survivor through normal 3 hooking. Add in survivor perks and addons that number can go up to as much as 12. You want Ebony Mori, an ultra rare offering, to take more hits than just playing the game regularly? Also you need to repeat that forever person on the team? Ebony would be useless and it isn't that useful now since you have to chose getting a rank up worthy score or getting mori kills. Moris are really the only way killers get to experience being an actual killer. It's a reward lore wise and gameplay wise. A treat. Why would you change that? Especially in a way that makes it unusable in the current game we have.
That's the problem with all the balance change ideas that get tossed up on the forum. People aren't thinking much about balancing around the game we have. You can't just change stuff in a vacuum.

They already punish Moris through the new changes to the sacrifice emblem. If you mori more than 2 people, it becomes impossible to get an iridescent. If you only hook people once before mori-ing them, it can become nearly impossible to get iridescent.
Also for those saying it's a 6 hit minimum to kill survivors:
It a 4 hit minimum if they don't get an opportunity to heal.

With the idea, you don't have to hook a survivor, you could just hit them for the certain amount of times.

For Legion, the Feral Frenzy hits don't not apply unless they put the survivor in the dying state.

I do agree with you where it makes the Killer's feel like an actual killer but it's just too easy for a killer to mori a survivor, especially if the killer tunnels the unhooked survivor because that's what usually happens.

Why is the killer at fault if survivors unhook their buddies so that the killer will easily find them again?

I like Ebony's as they are. It's something to bring when you know it's a SWF to even the playing field a little. Your change would make it complete trash and not even worth the blood points.

Honestly the only thing that could be done is allowing new DS to be used against a mori if DS's timer didn't run out, even then that's a big maybe.
