I'm getting hatemail for games I don't even win
I get 1 kill and I'm still apparently an awful terrible person who should quit the game because I try to win on mid-to-low tier Killers. What is happening? Am I just supposed to stand by the exit gate and kiss the Survivors on the forehead as they leave?

If the salt from this game could be collected it would be same amonth as its in oceans.
Just ignore them, the issue is that this game isnt any exception where threats are a thing or people sluring at you like try csgo or rainbow 6 and you will witness racial slurs on daily basis from other people.
This game only excels in salt even from whose which won.

Some people just cant be helped and you really only have 2 options: Ignore em, or have fun with em

I usually ignore them or troll them. Accuse them of whatever they're complaining about. They complain about tunneling. Tell them that they tunneled you. Inform them that it's a Wendy's. Stay in the postgame chat to make them think you're typing a reply, but don't say anything until it times out or they leave. Be creative.

Seriously, this is an online game. And many online games have toxic people. Should someone write hatemail to you? Obviously not. Will they still do it? Of course.
You have to stand above it, troll them, ignore them, block them, whatever works best for you.

There's no winning really. Dbd is pretty high stress and a lot of players are very bad at taking a step back and looking from the other player's point of view.
My regular swf mates often cuss killers out as toxic in party chat and sometimes I'm like, well of course they're going to tunnel you if you already have 2 hook states and there's one gen left.
Like i never begrudge killers from keeping that one surv they hook in endgame. I do exactly the same thing when I'm playing killer if I have a bad game.

I had a fun one once. I play on xbox, a playstation or pc player got mad I killed them and spared 2 other survs. And got someone who was on xbox to message me and said I my account would be banned because they sent a report of a video of me breaking the terms of service during a game 🤣 truly pathetic behaviour
