Like how is it so hard to listen to your survivor playerbase atm, Fast track gets nerfed which is whatever at this point but just ignoring Ghoul so you can shovel more dash slop chapters. I can't wait.
Sorry for the emotional post but I was really looking forward to playing against the buffed killers.

I know they are a joke, which is what makes it all the more disappointing. I'm at least having a lot more fun facing blight now, I've not won against him yet but he feels funner to be in chase with.
Can we please make Ghoul fun to play against? It's all I ask-1 -

all the SpongeBobs are in 2v8 which leaves just the Squidwards in 1v4...because if you hate 2v8, you must hate fun /s so that's my guess why you're seeing a Ghoul surge.

Sorry for the emotional post but I was really looking forward to playing against the buffed killers.Thats main part of this post plus your disappointment devs dont listen twitter people which have merchants fall on their hands.
Funs isnt something all share its subjective some love blight while others hate him to the core of their bones yet its something you cant change or do right same with all killers other crave for bubba and its honer to be tunneled and camped by him while others hate him as pile of camping crap which makes sounds when swinging.
Ghoul got nerfed near trickster patch where his antiloop was nefed by solid part and some bug become feature (just like on knight with his guards) and devs stated they will watch him.
So if I take all these facts this is mainly emocional post.
Edit: 2v8 just droped and many fun killers are there so its no surprise ghoul enjoyers stayed mostly in 1v4 because they cant ghoul around in 2v8 its just what it is and Im not surprised they stick to ghoul even when killers like bubba,dreadge,wesker got very nice buffs.
Like it or not it is what it is and even devs wont change it instantly, if they did the preasure they would need to take isnt worth the money or effort thats just reality.

Because Ghoul is the new special child of dbd, tiptoe around any changes and take months to do them.
ghoul lock on free skill-less hit? Yeah that's fine mate.
I also think people forgot the only reason he was NERFED is because they tried to BUFF him hidden as a "bug fix" and completely contradicted themselves not even a month after stating the counterplay was the revault0 -
kaneki was always intended to have weskers "quality of life" feature to prevent survivors cheesing them by revaulting. it got bugged and survivors suddenly could start doing it, which they did fix wgatvwas always supposed to work and it caused a psychotic meltdown so bhvr just got rid of it and called it a day.
I'm not upset about it, because honestly I don't care I never bothered with that or the greasy kidnap tech. getting rid of those 2 things were huge significant nerfs but they didn't impact the average low skill ghoul like myself so I almost feel like I got away with robbery.
the communication around this was very confusing. but in the end all's well because ghoul is way better now. now the only killer that matches launch Kaneki for frustration is the Slugularity

People only had a meltdown over it because less the a month before the community manger said "some people don't seem to understand the counterplay eg revault" then the next ptb they removed it under bug fix. I don't think it would of gotten nerf if that was not said making a contradiction on what the counterplay is meant to be.
He is in a better state but will never be fun to verse or good for the game with a free hit that animation locks.1 -
After fast track meta all killers was traumatized.
this is oke, queues will normalize after some time.
Now im enjoy wesker more than ghoul. And he is even more busted because unlike ghoul he wasnt gutted, and if someone tries to vault back in fron of his face, just SLAP and thier health state is gone, even if they touch you for a slpit second.
Now nerf Wesker plz. He is more op than ghoul.

2 seconds off the nightshroud cooldown does absolutely nothing to help Ghostface in modern DbD. The same can be said for the other killer tweaks, they did nothing palpable to actually improve those killers, so seeing the same stuff you've been seeing makes a lot of sense.
Unless they're a specialist, why would anybody pick killer kits that suck and aren't fun to play?

That’s DBD for you… release an insanely overturned killer, receive unanimous feedback from the community that they’re OP, do “quality of life” and “bug fix” updates that don’t actually address the core gameplay issues with said killer.
We’ve seen it previously… Spirit, Nurse, Blight. We’ve been saying Blight was broken for years and he only JUST got some actual meaningful changes.
On the flip side, Fast Track gets overtuned/buffed, feedback is given, and a matter of weeks later it gets addressed.

All those buffs that didn't change anything for those killers… (I guess except Wesker)
Have really anyone expected to see Doctor, or Ghostface with those changes?

I just was hoping people would be trying them out, if anything it's more a sign these changes aren't enough… or the top are still way too powerful

TThats Crazy because Ghoul has been hard nerfed all the way down to B tier. Crazy how people are still complaining. His power goes on cooldown and they turned his hit boxes into literal Jank. Especially on controller. At least you'll master how to counter ghoul now that blight isnt S tier anymore

I hate 2v8 because it kills 1v4 que times, giga buffed survivors while nothing new was added for killer to compensate going against 8 survivors. Im not even the greatest survivor and escaped more than half of my matches yesterday because of how brain dead survivor gameplay is on wv8. Casual instaheals and removal of your own hook states with literally no downside lol. Meanwhile 2 killers still get genrushed into oblivion. Its a game mode for baby survivors that don't have to play against ghoul for 3 weeks

Its a casual mode that is really easy to win chase too IF you play with a friend, almost like that's how it was intended.
