Survivor classes need to get changed

Why does Escapist still have sprint burst on command on a 20-second CD? It's free wins against anyone.

Medic's ability should not instantly fill half a bar of healing progress, 2 average players can become unkillable by just staying together as Medic.

The other 3 classes are just annoyances more than actually being good.

When can killers get some new content to actually play with in the mood? I much rather just stick to survivor and farm easy escapes and BPs.

Hope we can actually get some survivor class changes for the next time 2v8 comes around, and maybe give killers a new class to play with as well?

It’s not free wins. I haven’t had less than 4K yet as killer in 2v8 and plenty of the survivors were Escapists. People need to stop looking for excuses for why they aren’t doing well. I’m honestly a very average player, so it’s not like this type of outcome is out of reach for most players.

Sprint burst on demand means jack when you've got two killers on each side of you about to two-tap you.

I'd say that Medic is fine. The healing burst has a very long cooldown and forcing its use out of two separate players for the value of one injury, which you can easily get again, isn't that much of a problem.

Plus, every time you pressure one of this hypothetical duo, you're pressuring both, meaning you're taking a quarter of the team off the gens essentially for free. If those two want to stick together, it also means they have to both go for unhooks together, sacrificing efficiency, or ignore hooks meaning their best-suited job is not being done by them. It's a funny meme strat that I don't think is as strong as people think, epsecially when 2v8 is already a chaotic mess.

I don’t see a problem with the on demand sprint burst for both sides

until the killer queues go down to a reasonable level in 2v8, you should expect none of the survivor classes to get nerfed. the devs said it themselves that they’re at a point where survivor fun is top priority in 2v8 because of how long the killer queues are.

Seems counter intuitive. Waiting 30 mins for a killer game then getting 8 gen rushed seems like a pretty bad pay off for the time.

It's not just 1 injury; it's someone getting injured, the other person taking a hit, and both of them healing up instantly. You just immediately lose all the pressure you had and go through the same cycle again.

Pressuring 2 people would be great if it meant anything in the mode with at least 5 other people doing gens, and the fact gen speeds are ridiculously fast, and only get faster when you apply more pressure as killer.

It kinda makes you think, sluggging would just be better to do in the mode since if people arent hooked, gen speeds don't get faster. The green tonics don't help with that either.

If the survivor's fun is the top priority in the mode, then how come I'm bored out of my mind playing it still? Nothing they ever do for Survivor in that mode would make it fun to play them. There is nothing unique to playing in a team of 8 survivors, compared to 2 killers you can combo together and see how deadly a combo it can be.

The devs never said that. Though it does say a lot about the DBD community that "we think about both roles" gets taken as " we only care about survivors' fun".
