How to contact and get a immediate response
So I was playing a little bit of DBD for 2 hours earlier. 15 minutes ago I logged on and received a BAN from an exploit? I been playing nothing but 2v8 and I played like a casual player, do gens, unhook my teammates and have chases with killers and I'm also on console. So I have no clue what I could have exploited at all. And is there a way to contact support without having to request an email just to wait day(s) later to get a response because I hope this gets sorted out and I get unbanned because this is my everyday game and i been playing for 7 years and I hope this isn't a perma ban.

There isn't a way to get in contact with customer support any quicker than the way you're trying now (as far as I'm aware). The only quicker way might be if a mod sees this post. I will say that BHVR has some notoriously slow customer service so you could be waiting a good while.
