Lay waste

In this state it will be pretty bad. A 120s cool down for a perk that's less effective than CoB most of the time, on top of gen kick limits? This will basically get no value outside of stacking with CoB. And even then, you'll get less CoB value since Lay Waste's cool down forces you not to kick unless the progress is decently high. Especially with diminishing returns, theres no reason to bottleneck this perk.

Under your thumb

A perfect perk. Counters exhaustion perks effectively, doesn't light the second the match starts, and doesn't completely delete exhaustion perks either. Will be very good for M1 killers! This one doesn't need any changes; if anything, you could afford to make the diminished haste a little more since it's a hex.

Vigilance

It's fine as is, pretty inoffensive perk

Steadfast

Awful. Its permanent progress, nerfs you far more than necessary, relies on skill check chance perks, and will be stronger in a coordinated SWF than in soloQ. And even then it'd be faster to just do the gen. Why did we vote this instead of the crow perk again?

Salvations Cry

It's alright. Good survivors will put that information to good use. But since soloQ is filled with bots and SWF doesn't need it, I doubt it'll see much use. It'd be stronger if the user could see the auras too, that way you aren't relying on soloQ teammates for value.

    I think my main concern with Vigilance is it could be a strong tunnel perk but even as I type this im not convinced it will be used all that much in most matches. Maybe will be added to just gimmick aura reading builds.

    Steadfast is….Just…Yeah. I said in another post that what the community voted for just shows they only wanted cookie cutter perks.

    But yeah overall I think these perks are just so…Generic.

    First time we really get to pick what we want and this is what the community asked for.

    Especially survivor perk wise.

    The killer perks do have some merit, though Lay Waste is obscenely safe and boring. Maybe if it also increased the amount of progress lost in a similar way? Say, 0,1% of progress per charge, so extra 9% on almost done gens. That way, at least the long cooldown is deserved.
