It still says 20% in the description. Maybe a bug?

I use fixated a lot and its only changed due to diminishing returns but not by 15 %
Base fixated is still 20%
fixated while using lithe and walking 60% (was 70% prior to update)0 -

Mine said "15% Haste" a few days ago. Now it says 20% Haste again.0 -
15% Haste is the level 2 version of the perk, you sure you werent using that instead?
