Are my grimoire votes not actually working?

So I vote, right? It looks normal and everything seems fine until I reload the page, in which all my votes are gone. Are they still counted or is this a bug that makes it so my votes just don't count nor work?

  What do you mean they're "gone"? As in you can revote? OR they just aren't highlighted anymore?

  I can vote again as if I never voted in the first place. I did press "cast vote" and all that stuff.
