Some Things Needed In The Game:
1) Revert Decisive Strike back to Normal and keep the 3 Second Killer Stun, and keep it so they don't know if you are the "Obsession" if you have it. ---> No one on Consoles use Decisive Strike because it is now a Useless Perk. 1 out of about 30 games will have 1 person with D.Strike because it is Now useless to use and to have. (Also Dev's & D.Strike Haters I'm a killer main and when we used to have the Original D.Strike it was easy to get em' on my shoulder again so reverting it back and doing my suggested changes will help Survivors and make it harder for Killers again.)
2) Add it so The Recover Bar (If Slugged) is Equivalent to thw Wiggle Bar, so if you are almost recovered you can wiggle off The Killer if they kept you slugged and will avoid killers going for all slugging.
3) Nerf The Plague. She can throw up up to like 50 feet even if she doesn't see you. Plus she could insta Slug you if her Vomit is Corrupted. So change it so if she has Corrupted Vomit that it is a 1 time use every fountain. So she can still refill her Corrupted Vomit but cannot insta Slug because it is a 1 time use until she refills it again. Also change it so if you are infected by the "Plague" Effect instead of it injuring you and you cannot heal, make it so It shows your aura (Like Freddy's Dream World) so she will know where you went until you DO cleanse it.
4) Stop Buffing The Killers. They are OverPowered enough. Me and my friend noticed that when we play, the killers have a HUGE advantage over Survivors and makes the game Less fun for Survivors. Plus, We cannot Rank up because since Every Killer is getting too many buffs and the Survivors getting Drastic Nerfs it is nearly Impossible to do generators if the killer is 100% better and OverPowered than the Survivor (And me being a Killer Main can confirm KILLERS ARE O.P.)
So I'm not being Bias with these Suggestions, (Like the others that Begged you to Rework D.Strike) Because I play both Killer and Survivor and I main mostly The Killer. so I'm just suggesting ways to help survivors actually survive the trail for once.

- Decisive used to be in nearly every game. Based on your own way of measuring things, we should not put it back to normal, because it was too strong. You can have other perks, it was often a crutch anyway.
- You literally would render all slugging builds useless, and just complained about a SINGLE perk being useless. Slugging isn't supposed to be avoided it is a feature. Also, I am doubting that you are a killer main at this point, as you complained about D-strike, but ignored what it would do to Knock Out and Deerstalker.
- The Plague has already been nerfed and overnerfed. I continue to think you are not a killer, you are a survivor complaining about what you do not like. She cannot instant slug, get terrain inbetween you and her, and she is easily avoidable. Also, no. Nothing wrong with Broken.
- Killers are not overpowered. The Killers are SUPPOSED to be stronger than the survivors. Most maps, I can have a gen done before a single person is downed. If done optimally, three survivors can get three gens done in 80 seconds. Again, nothing you say supports you being a killer main, you are more likely a liar.
- You are likely being biased and trying to present yourself as not. If you are a low level survivor, ######### is hard.
- The biggest detriment to survivors not surviving from what I have seen is farming, disconnecting, and Urban Immersion. WGLF's unhook benefit not being based on SAFE unhooks means I have had numerous survivors kill me or others. Unhooking adjacent to killers without BT is common. I played 30 games and tracked the results, out of which I think 9 had ragequitters and 8 had people who never connected. Finally, more noticable when playing survivor, a lot of time is wasted by survivors who do stupid stuff like sneak around when the killer isn't even close, or wait near hooks for the killer to leave. They do not optimize their times.
- If you think I am misjudging you, I welcome you to post a video of your games to show that it is NOT the fault of the players. (Survivor works better for this than killer, since you can have perks that show their actions. Bond, Aftercare, and Empathy really helps show when your allies are slacking)

Correction on 6. 9 games WITH Ragequitters, overall, I think the total number was closer to 20, though once two people Ragequit, the other two usually just give up.

1) I assume you play on PC. So how do I put this...
They do everything in favor for the killer because people on PC whine about it. D.Strike was NOT overpowered. As a killer it was Underpowered. They popped off my shoulder I chase em' and grab em' again wasn't that hard to do.
2) It wouldn't render Deer Stalker or Knock Out Useless. You can still see the Survivor on the ground using Deer Stalker. But if you slug them for too long they can insta wiggle off your shoulder that would keep the game alive instead of 50 troll matches where a random leatherface comes and slugs everyone. so it buys you time to be able to Recover and not be screwed. And the other reason why it wouldn't impact Deer Stalker: Check on a few Gens and come back NO BIG DEAL but keeping the game hostage by slugging everyone is just trashy.
3) Knock Out obviously can be reworked if need be to include: -50% Recovery Rate so it will be even SLOWER to recover. Like I understand your concern but these Buffs for the survivor are needed on: CONSOLES.
And I am a Killer main. I played more time as a Killer than any other time I played as a Survivor. But I am not a Biased killer like yourself. I understand "Killers need to be OP" but all the recent changes that they made BROKE the game for SURVIVORS. Even when I play killer I feel bad for the Survivors because Ik they have NO CHANCE.
And Also you are wrong about Nerfs and Buffs to "The Plague" The Plague has yet to recieve a Nerf. And If you look at the Changelogs (That are in the Current Version of The Game) The only did bug fixes to her, NOT NERFS: FIXES --> BUFFS. What I proposed was in fair logic and was helping the Survivors and make playing the Killer alittle Harder. Because I WANT CHALLENGE. But you assuming I don't main killer (which is dumb because obviously my name is Litterally Michael Myers on this Fourm.) Is outrageous, But I do hear the Concern But All I explained was Fair in Logic and Fair to Gameplay.
If any of this Response sounded mean I was not intending it but, You assuming I am not a Killer main, just because I want to help the Survivors out is Outrageous m8.
But, Like I said i understand The Concern and I tried to list more logic into why these changes are needed (And YES IT WONT IMPACT ANY KILLER PERKS [Since Ik you're more worried about perks than anything lol]) But Yeah.

1) I Don't go on fourms Much because of PC players always ruining the game with UNot Needed Nerfs.

3) Since Alot of them are OP, (Freddy does need a slight buff, from my experience so I do aknowledge some need buffs.)
4) Original D.Strike was good enough, and Now it is rendered useless. Since Now Slugging is The Definite Killer META since if you're not hooked you can't D.Strike either way.. so... I'm proposing ways to avoid all Slugging, because I understand it's a feature they wanted but ONLY when D.Strike was in it's prime. But, since you cannot use it unless hooked all the killer can do is slug everyone and hook em all at the same time. Which make Decisive Strike Useless and Pointless to have in your Perk Builds as a Survivor, and I think that is Wrong because if it's useless and no one really uses it, then why not just Remove it all together then.
So here's my last stand on D.Strike:
-REMOVE the Perk if you want to keep the dumb Nerf (That allows Killers to slug and put everyone on the hook at the same time) Since it is useless.
-Revert the Perk back to it's original state and make slight changes.

Only mention was saying people in consoles don't use D-strike anymore, but okay. You intended it to be for only Console. I have no clue the success rates of survivors on consoles.

Just curious. Why would slugging be any better on console than PC? Same for DS, why wouldn't it be any less OP on console? The mechanics are the same for both.
Also also, what about flip flop? If it becomes base mechanic then what is going to happen to the perk? Which I should remind you is considered by many (not me) to be overpowered despite only transferring half the recovery bar
