We noticed an issue affecting the amount of Toothy Tortes delivered in the Bloodweb when using the Auto-Bloodweb and Bulk Spending features. This issue is now fixed, but you may need to reboot to see it reflected in-game. We have also slightly increased the number of Toothy Tortes that will appear in the Bloodweb.
We know players encountered different issues when playing the Black Banquet Event, and we wouldn't want you to leave the feast still hungry. We'll be providing 5M Bloodpoints to all players, redeemable in your in-game inbox. Thank you for your patience as we worked on these issues, and we hope to see you in The Fog!

Switch 2 version/upgrade of DbD when?

So... why is it that BHVR has no plans for a Switch 2 version of DbD? I find it hard to believe that they lack a Switch 2 devkit by this point nor would it be that significant of a loss to develop for. In fact, I would go as far to say that the mouse controls the Switch 2 uses for games like Warframe and Metroid Prime 4 would make a potential Switch 2 version of Dead by Daylight the go-to console for the system. Is built-up frustrations over Nintendo's approval process the reason we aren't seeing a Switch 2 version yet? Because every other publisher (including fellow Canadian studio and publisher DE) don't seem like they have any complicatinf issues at all when it comes to the approval process.

I am extremely frustrated with the way BHVR is handling Dead by Daylight on the Switch platform. Between sidelining patches for the Switch platform to not doing their best to pursue a Switch 2 version that'd revitalize the userbase on Nintendo systems, it feels like they are purposefully trying to only get by on Nintendo platforms with the barest of minimums. Of course, I could be wrong. Maybe they want to do a Switch 2 version/upgrade but have no plans because their resources are stretched out thin with working on many projects throughout the year. But all I'll say is that making a Switch 2 upgrade of DbD is one of the most free ways to earn good will not just with the Nintendo community, but also with the DbD community in general.

Am I wrong for expressing my frustrations over this here?

Im a Switch User for DBD and it feels like the game is beginning to crumble/ fall apart because of the lack of updates. The hair bug is still a thing and its a eye sore.

I have a feeling they will have to Discontinue the Switch version at some point. Im not trying to be negative but its just a handful just to play the game.

The Game constantly: has performance issues, lack of updates, graphics are breaking every update and so on. Its becoming unplayable at this point.

And there not being plans for a Switch 2 version only makes me think they are most definitely possibly Discontinuing The Switch Verson of DBD.

I play Warframe on Switch and it feels great. No issues, updates and a Dev base that actually listens.

    Thats says alot

Please release an updated version for Switch 2! I agree the game would probably play best on the console with the mouse controls. It is the most popular console in the world right now. Just do it already!!!

I agree that we need a switch 2 version of this game, with better performance and graphics.
