So, hear me out. Her hatchets fragment on impact, sending iron and wood shrapnel flying everywhere, so I thought, wouldn’t that injure survivors that are close to said impact? What if, we gave her frag grenades?
Eh? How bout that? Don’t like a loop spot? Blow it up. Don’t like that gen placement? Blow it up. That guy using metal of man? Blow his legs off. You want to quit the match early? Blow yourself up?

sounds like a killer they shelved a while back. The smasher whatever his name was called where he could destroy the environment around him with his ability.
It would be a cool add on tho, if a miss hatchet hits a wall or something then the broken pieces can hit a survivor if in range.

Maybe it could be the add-on to replace her Iridescent Heads, since (according to McClean) they're going the way of the dinosaur sooner rather than later.
There's even potentially a canon reason; she took tons of frag grenades from all those WW1 German Soldiers she killed.
