Stop gutting Killers, give forgotten killers love, and give killers actual buffs

Stop gutting killers

-The idea of "Gutting killers", is a term where you nerf a killer so much that you completely ruin their character, this should never happen but for a few killers, their kits have been destroyed so much that rarely anyone plays them

Skull merchant- You could argue that merchant is one of the worst killers in the game because of what BHVR did to her, I wasn't around when the tools of torment chapter came out but when I look at her original power from old videos, I can't see her power be anything better than a B, she was decent but not over powered like other killers, but Behavior decided to Gut her into the ground, I realize that during her and the knights release, there was a three gen kick meta, and both of their powers could hold down a three gen, But it's the survivors fault that they got themselves into three gens, and also the dev's could've just added the gen kick limit, but to add to the injury, they completely nerfed her into the ground, she now has only one scan line, she addons are completely worthless and she is countered by just crouching when near a drone, And the reason why she was gutted was because players didn't like to go against her, people are allowed to have their own opinions but 1)- The Dev's shouldn't listen to the fresh install players that complain how to not counter her, and 2)- the Dev's should not listen to the community so much that as a result we got a killer who got power assassinated, and on the 9.6.0 patch, we thought that she would get some buffs or an expected rework, but instead all we got were power icons… at this point just delete her or something because it's an insult to her mains that she first of all got gutted, and then even when she has been out for YEARS now, she has gotten no rework and instead small buffs that still make her awful to play as

Krasue

For a very recent killer, who released along with vee Boonyasak last September, I have gone against her like half a dozen times, I would admit, she was very strong on the PTB and did need some changes, but I disagree when Content creators said she was S tier, she was very strong, yet but she was nowhere near nurse or blight level, so what does BHVR do, they give her so many unnecessary changes, this resulted in her heavily nerfed, very clunky to use and not many people playing her, yet again because the dbd community whined so much about this killer, along with Skully, she had gotten not needed changes and now even though she released last year, she is very forgotten

Give forgotten killers love

Hag- She is one of the killers that I believe that has been almost completely forgotten by anyone, I don't even remember the last time she got a buff, for one she is a 4.4 movement speed, she should be 4.6 because her traps are very bad and can be easily countered and besides her traps, she has no map mobility, she has a very outdated power, a power that was made back then when the trials were slower but now gen rushing perks can make the game around 5-7 minutes today, what she needs is to be a 4.6, her power to be reworked, and make her power harder to counter because all you got to do is wipe away her traps which makes her a very bad killer, also some of her addons need to be reworked.

Twins & Hound master- These killers have actually good powers, with both of them being an A tier killer, but what destroyed these killers is the number of Bugs they have, every patch we get, both killers have so many bugs where you can write a dictionary with, or the killers are unplayable, with victor being one of the most unstable characters in the game, and snug getting stuck on almost anything on the maps, no wonder why no one wants to play as them, I may be asking a lot, but these killers need to be recoded because it's embarrassing and frustrating, how every patch the killers have some problem, also the bug priorities for these killers seem to be low on the list because in the bug fixes, the bugs that are fixed for them are just the main ones, or bug fixes don't include them because I know for a fact those killers are the ones with the most bugs, Recode these killers if you can so that they don't blow up every patch, rework their god awful perks and both killers need an addon pass for a lot of their addons

Dredge- This killer, who is an abomination of evil, feels more like an abomination of killer design, the design itself its very unique, but the problems with him are that his anti-loop is one of the worst because all the survivors got to do is run to the next loop if he decides to use his remnant, his teleportation is eh because good survivors will lock lockers with really oppresses his power when it really shouldn't be that oppressive, nightfall against casual is very oppressive, but against semi decent to good survivors, nightfall isn't even noticeable, all you have to do is watch out if the dredge tp's to you or walks to you, and most of his addons are pretty bad, what he needs is a remnant that is actually oppressive, a teleportation that isn't overly oppressed by people who know what they are doing, nightfall actually being scary and more oppressive cause personally his nightfall is way more annoying that scary and rework a lot of his addons

Give killers actual buffs

This concerns about the 9.6.0 patch

Ghostface, doctor, dredge, skull merchant- These killers in this patch got basically nothing, these buffs are so meaningless that in no way fixes what is the problem with them, Ghostface got a cooldown decrease by 2 seconds… This is no way fixes his lack of mobility, him being one of the worst killers in the game and his power basically being nonexistent is survivors look around and reveal, doctor is very similar where he still lacks map mobility, him being a weak killer and a power that isn't that great, the only thing dredge got was his movement speed while using remnant was increased, last time I checked, his remnant his laughable, along with his teleportation and nightfall, and merchant, all she got was icons…, please if you are going to buff killers, please give them more buffs than a small number change, these small changes don't change the killers really, they are still really bad to use and still really weak.

    Krasue is still at the top of A tier. The nerfs were needed yet she is still in a very powerful spot

    The reason people don't play her is because many people see it as an unfun gameplay loop.

    I mean not necessarily change at all. Plague infection doesn’t disappear when hooked (And it Shouldn’t)

    So why does Krasue, She’s got her unjust nerf to the ground.

    Because survivors didn’t want to learn her counter-play that’s simply it. Literally an hour after her official release, People complained which was ridiculous.

    Yes she would be A tier if she didn’t get nerfed to the ground! She was never S tier in any form.

    She’s B+ now at best.

    I 100% agree some old Killers deserve slight buffs,

    To make them more viable & scary to go against!

    Xeno is gutted by its heavily "damned if you and damned if you dont" built in power counter that turns off the power, or locks you out of a chase, and by passes undetectable and oblivious survivors can hear the turrets, which, completely locks stealth builds (which is 30-40% of the entire killer building system) completely useless, I HATE THAT NO ONE ELSE SEES THE PROBLEM HERE, like, why does xeno have to suffer :( but j completely agree with all the other killers, skully, ghosty, HM, and krasue were heavily gutted and needs adjustments BADLY or reworks, dredge, is in a much better spot, give some recovery speed buffs and better locker spawns when dredge is the killer and I believe dredge will be great

    Plague also has to m1 outside of her first pool unless she brings apples or iri add on as most survivors know not to cleanse because it causes plague to get less power. you cannot do that with Krause if you are infected she can go into power. it would be like if plague could down with vomit as long as they where infected, not having to draw power from pools or iri add on.

    No because her live relase was just straight up bad because she was designed around anti slugging and tunneling being added to the game, if that was added infection not going away after unhook would not of been a big deal. but because that part of update was scrapped you left with killer who can just tunnel extremely easily off hook with launch Krause.

    Sigh this is the mindset that’s the issue,

    The way to counter her was easy on her official release,

    Just other survivors had to body block when she went into hand form.

    While at least one did gens, That would lock her out of her power for such a long time.

    Even more so with dead hard, Ds, Lith extra.

    It just the community of some survivors not all,

    That didn’t want to learn her counter play, And complain hard instead.

    Learning a killer’s counter play is the point the of the game with loops/perks etc too.

    She got unjustified nerf for people refusing to learn.

    That’s all.

    Now she’s A- to B+ and barely ever seen.

    So unfortunate.

    Certainly seems that way, hope it's not. I'm just so tired of how insufferably unfair things are for the weaker M1 killers.

    I hate how correct you seem to, Survivors care about their safe play loops instead of learning and adjusting, not all Survivors, just the ones that are toxic and annoying, as a 50/50 player, it hurts to see issues on both sides, and for those same issues to be avoided entirely or made worse
