Sexual misconduct
Just wondering when permanent bans are gunna be handed out for players that feel its ok to teabag other players. If I may explain, my character is a live representation of myself and I'm maneuvering said character in the way that I would in real life to the best of the games ability. Doing these things to my character is not at all funny, it's unwanted and sick. And knowing that another live person is doing it and thinking it's funny and ok, and BHVR not penalizing people on it bc they "view it as a taunt", well, that's just creepy. Ur justifying sexual misconduct....?

Nah not a throwaway, I'm legit my dude. Been talking to lawyers for almost 7 months about this issue. It's legit a sexual crime

Let me explain the argument that a 75 grand lawyer proposed. When sumbody uses a device to interact with another individual, such as txt or messenger, it's messages right? But u kno that the person ur sending this to is a real live person. So If I send a message to sumbody and say I'll do sumthing bad to them, I can face criminal charges. Just as if i messaged sumone who didn't want it that i would do sexual things to them, i would face charges as well, right? Here's the argument: on the other end of that phone or device, u kno that ur messaging a live person, and the court declares them a being. It's the same with live gaming. U kno as a player that if it's not a bot, it's representing a live person. How do u find it okay to put ur junk in sumones face and justify that? And have the nerve to downvote? Anyone else ever been sexually assaulted? Maybe had a sister who had it happen? U think the victims of trauma are ok with u all laughing and throwing this out like it's nothing?

Well, I hope that you will be behind bars then, if you do the same ingame as you do IRL as Killer.
Either stop lying or stop wasting the time of people who want to do actual work, just because you have too much freetime or are bored.

If people could get away with being menaces for years back in old school CoD lobbies and not get sued, there's zero shot this will ever, EVER hold weight in a court of law. I will give you this, this is entertaining ragebait. Eat my downvote. ;)

Honestly, I entirely agree (except for the crime accusations), but there is pretty much 0% chance the company will actually take the same stance. We have pretty much normalized such behavior these days which is frankly just sad. We don't really think of it as a big deal, but no one really thinks about what it is genuinely representing - and hardly anyone seems to care.
Now for the hard part to ever implement this - where's the line? Our characters are virtually hurting and killing each other, but clearly it's a game and no one is actually being injured. If such "not allowed" WAS pushed into things like tea-bagging, then what's to stop someone from pushing further and claiming the same about in-game violence? It's a slippery slope that could end up harming the gaming industry permanently. Someone doesn't like tea-bagging, then someone doesn't like taunts, then someone doesn't like violence, and at some point, once we "purge" all of these things that someone out there isn't comfortable with, we won't have much left over. Something always offends someone.
Long story short - I see your point, but I can also understand why game devs have chosen not to discourage it.

Stop it.

Def not gunna stop. Yall are gunna remember this post when specific players were asked to stop doing the sexual stuff and continued to do it. If the world chases sex offenders thru internet, do u not think that it's going to become a factor of who is doing what kinds of things to others that is sexually harassing? Lmao, u ppl don't even realize ur literally creating a checklist of signs to look for in sex offenders. Psychiatry is ugly, mark my words
