Official stance on alt skins for Legendaries?
Probably has been asked numerous times already, but has any official statement been made regarding alt skins for Legendary characters? Also, I know there's a recent topic about it, but any official statement about mori customization?

yeah, they said they do want more for legendary skins as well..
Q: Are there any plans to expand the features of Legendary Characters? For example, giving them their own menu portraits when selected, bloody prestige cosmetics, etc?
A: Yes, we have been considering a system for Legendary Outfits that would allow them to have their own outfits, and other visibility options, like a character in the selection menu. We have a bunch of Legendary Outfits that we'd love to get different variations for too!
And later re-stated they are looking into extra cosmetics:
Q: Are there still plans to have legendary outfits include more than just the cosmetic (ie. lobby portait change, bloody/extra cosmetics) and when might we expect to see them?A: Yes! Currently all new legendary or higher rarity outfits will have a Badge of outfit given alongside the purchase. We are also working to add those to our older legendary outfits as well, but that is going to be done in batches over a longer timeline.
Beyond that, we have a few proposals (such as new outfits for legendary characters) in the works but nothing officially in production yet.

And that was almost a year ago. So who knows if they got some kind of update for these in the new year roadmap during the anniversary reveals

as for Mori customization, also kinda stated to be on their mind and not dismissed, but other things are more important i guess:

nothing confirmed so i guess we will see or not 🤷♂️
There have been plenty of things mentioned in These AMAs that got added by now like aura/scratchmark customization.. but also plenty of things they stated they are interested in that we then never heard of again

Given the fact that we have Deep Rift Soma and True Form Drac + the Attack Titan bundle, it shows BHVR is capable of releasing multiple of the same Legendary character. I'm hopeful that part of the 10 Year Celebration is a reconfirm that we will be getting more.

Thanks a bunch, @Mooks . That was kind of you to go to all the trouble of quoting AMAs to elaborate on the answer. I will eagerly await for more news, then. Maybe on the Anniversary Event they will show something. They went all the way to show a teaser on the SGF so maybe they're waiting to show more news. I can't wait. I've always wanted to get a CV outfit for Claire, and now that they've shown Veronica is coming in 2027, I cannot wait to see what Capcom did and wish there will be some new content coming to DbD too.

I mean that is a genuine issue but the Attack Titan bundle, as unsavory as the skin in general is, is technically a solution since it discounts the price of the individual skins if you own one already or want to get both.
