Honestly, Just put the damn thing in the shrine already.
I've been waiting weeks and weeks for it to appear and it just hasn't.
It hasn't made an appearance once this year and we are almost half way done with it.
Make it appear before the roadmap and shrine rework.
I ain't got money to buy the Hag and I don't have the time to lvl her up :'(

    I've played without ruin for a long time and done just fine =)

    I feel you, though! Unfortunately the RNG gods have not favored us lately :cry:

    Ruin was in the shrine about 1 and a half, 2 months ago. I know cos I have it, but my Hag is level 1. give it some time

    the shrine is RNG, so just be patient

    If you check the shrine archive it hasn't been on at all in 2018.
    It's just hard to do decent as killer mid-high ranks cuz gen rushers.

    Or...Just wait until the new killers for Shards system launches. Then based on your playtime you can unlock the Hag without spending money and level her up to get Ruin.
