What if killers got a built in personal perk?

You get 4 perks plus 1 of your own.
It could help killers with their work load, and make killers more unique.
And no, survivors don’t need a 5th personal perk. They have enough going for them in this particular department.

Cool idea, but it think it pretty much only leads to a "the rich get richer" sort of deal. It's a lateral change that benefits top tier killers just as much, if not more, as low tier killers.

I'd like both sides to have a personal perk only to make each survivor unique.
