    It's not as gory but I think Doctor electrocuting and Nurse suffocating survivors is a lot more brutal than most, partially cause they're unique and don't just use blood for shock value. Besides those, Leatherface has a pretty nasty one, if only because the though of getting my head bludgeoned with a hammer is not a pleasant one

    I'd say Trapper (I would imagine getting cleaved on the back is painful and brutal)

    Legion (Stab arm, stab foot, drag and stab chest before disemboweling while the person is still alive)

    And

    Hag (Being eaten alive is pretty brutal)

    Wraith gets a honorable mention.
