Can we Restore Deathslinger to his Original Power?
Death slingers ADS speed I think should be restored back to what it used to be. He was strong at the time but now we have all these killers with tons of powers and flying and teleporting and super far jumps and whatever, but all he does is shoot and reload. like just bring him back to his glory and make him fun to play again!! it was super fun to do insane shots to catch people off guard but now he is so slow and boring and I find no reason to keep him this way when you compare him to everything out now, making him fast again would not be such a big deal.

OG Deathslinger was just constant fake out spam and forcing Survivors into lose lose situations.
Also the people who complained on an almost daily basis on the forum about Deathslinger's original ADS speed back in the day, would disagree with it not being a big deal to bring it back.
Current Deathslinger may not be the mindless fun OG Deathslinger was to play as, but it's definitely more fair and now actually requires skill to get a hit now.

Yes, I agree it feels more fair BUT it makes him extreamly slow is the issue and he has 0 mobility to get around the map. he shoots and reloads. if you are behind something the most he can do is make you deep wound…he can't even down you like other killers who throw or attack over pallets. so by the time he gets you down being all slow vs a decent runner then like 2 gens could be done. the point is his power is not a big deal when you think about how slow he gets around compared to other killers who can drop you fast and zoom around the map after. so buffing his power makes up for lack of mobility is my main point.

I voted yes because DS is just embarrassingly bad imo and has needed good buffs for a while now. Tbh though rather than returning the insta scope I'd rather them go other routes. His addons need a complete rework, they are a mess and with so many bad and uninteresting ones. Decrease his TR back please. Ridiculous this was nerfed. Decrease the collision sphere size and increase the hit box on the hit sphere to make trick shots easier and hits a bit more reliable. It's so pin point that latency hits his shots hard. He would still honestly need even more after all this. He's very outdated.

Deathslinger just needs minor buffs to basekit along with the player actually hitting their shots and he would be A tier

All I think he needs is keys, part of cigar basekit, and a 28m TR. An add-on pass would be nice but I don't wanna ask for too much lmao

I disagree on this one, old ADS speed was incredibly uninteractive and didn't work at all from a design standpoint for a game like DBD, it forced too many lose-lose scenarios for survivors and as long as you were in a position to reel in a survivor to get the down, it really wasn't that much different from if say Huntress could move at 110 with a hatchet pulled up.
I would like them to give Deathslinger a slight reduction in reload time and an addon pass which is something he's needed for a while now imo but the ADS speed should stay the way it is

No, he should not be reverted and he is still one of my favorite killers but he was totally too oppressive for survivors. He could get some minor tweaks to buff him a little but noway he should be reverted back to his original state. He was nerfed for good reason.
