All should get rewards if someone disconnect, not just the killer.
Even the survivors should get something if someone dc, because their chances of survival considerably decreases. Also, the killer should get some more points instead of 625 per suvivor dc. Just my opinion.

I agree but then everyone will start using SWF excuse

I agree, because it doesn't feel right that other survivors should get punished for someone dc-ing. Maybe if someone dc's, 1 gen should automatically come on. (Maybe that's a little too much)

The Gen count should honestly go down by one after the start.

Or, the general repair speed to increase by 5-10% per one survivor dc. I think this should be fine.

The problem with that is that others could easily abuse this system. DCing is already a problem for both sides, but toxic SWF groups could easily find ways to cheese the system with some kind of benefit towards leaving. I'd like for there to be a system that rewards both the Killer and any Survivor who wasn't involved with the DCer (basically wasn't in their SWF lobby) with adding a stack to their BBQ and We're Gonna Live Forever/rewarding the Solo and Killers 5,000 bloodpoints towards someone DCing and AT LEAST giving them a safety pip.

*DC to give hatch*
Sweet, 7k + bonus BP
Solid idea.

Big deal? Just because some people might abuse it to get their friends a few more points everyone has to suffer?

The game already holds your hand on this walk in the park, do you really need more!?

so what if there was a way to find a new survivor who is waiting for a match to join that match; he would substitute the dc'er in the ongoing match.
