The Tomes Sunset
In game message sent out today:
The Tomes are finally being sunset. I wonder exactly when. I also wonder what the rewards will be but assume they'll be underwhelming like the prestige rework.
Honestly I miss the Tomes, it was a more interactive reward system than we have now. I still think using the Tome system for events would be better than we have now, which is just stale blandness.
Sigh. I guess I'll go collect my Cankers.

They made a mistake saying rewarding players who dedicated time to them. It hasn't yet gone well.

I don't expect anything from BHVR when it comes to rewards anymore. I'm still waiting for P100 Legion badges for Susie, Joey & Julie.
But what does all that stuff about associated items mean? We do get to keep the charms we unlocked tho, right? I hope those aren't going anywhere or I'll be pretty annoyed. I only have 1 more charm left to unlock (from the last page of the first tome) and looking at some of those challenges, it might actually take me nearly 100 days to unlock it.
The Tome system certainly had its flaws, but it was definitely more interesting than the current quests that we have now.

Very curious as to what this compensation will be.
Considering the countless challenges, the different Tomes, and the time spent trying to complete them all, a fair reward would have to be something substantial.
But nah, who am I kidding? 25k BPs, at best.
