Revert Machine Learning back to 10% haste?

with Diminishing Returns I feel like Machine Learning is fine with 10% haste without causing issues, you can only really use it along side Help Wanted, and it's not that strong without help wanted.

  Machine Learning has become significantly easier to activate now, so having it activated multiple times per match + guaranteed end game is probably enough.

  atleast buff it to 90 seconds with Help Wanted, if the 8% haste is staying, I'd prefer the PTB one it wasn't oppressive at all, and 8% haste is mid.
