can dbd change the killer role name?
to "Kunta Kinte".
we are there just for survivors and devs to beat us. perk shake up and it still the same perks being played. decisive strike, deadhard, lithe.

If you want to walk all the perks back to where they were pre-10.1, I think survivors will accept.

A shake up will happen when they give people good alternatives. When they try, half the community crashes out and then wonders why nothing changes

Lithe is thankfully talked about more. I give it few months to be looked at hopefully. There will be no new meta if old meta is still too powerful. Decisive strike deactivation condition is too forgiving too, perks like made for this, we gonna live forever, dead hard and so on just kill any killer pressure they can create.

Race to the bottom, eh? Tell you what, why don't we just reduce all survivors to a single perk slot. Will killers stop whining then?

But what if that one perk makes a difference still?

Lithe is sadly a bit too powerfull for very little requirement making zoning and catch ups very much negated. It's not secret that the perk is ver strong, it's top ten used perk since ever and top 3 perk since sprint burst nerf. Sprint Burst nerf was very well done and set question whether other perks shouldn't be adjusted accordingly. Lithe of course is now best exhaustion perk, Head On is just bully tool that gives you little advantage and limited use in any other than dedicated swf builds. Dramaturgy is simply poorly designed, haste on command is why old dead hard was reworked and dramaturgy is far more powerfull than old dead hard. Surely you have to count with being exposed which is now more punishing with vigil nerf but with that many good pallets you can outlast it still easily and it's the only weakness holding this perk from being straight overpowered. Balanced landing is fine as is, it's very limited by map design and some maps have very little elevation and some have none, like old Shelter Woods or Trickster's Delusion, yet it's good perk when it procs and quite unexpected too. Smash Hit just gives so much distance against weak killers while is completely useless against strong killers or killers that rarely can get stunned. The only fun with smash hit I had was to torturing endfury legions. Lithe may get 1s off just like sprint and drama should have exposed for 20-30s so it's more risky to pull off. Last one bit problematic is overcome, again punishing weak non-mobile killers while doing absolutely nothing against mobile high tiers (few exceptions like Henry or Judgy) Lithe, Drama, Overcome and Background player deserve slight nerf. Balanced Landing and Smash Hit are in perfect spot.

You're honestly really dramatic, both sides didn't change much perkwise for a relatively long time by now.
You ether need to beat the existing ones with buffs of worse ones, create entirely new ones that can hold up to the best ones or nerf the best ones to the ground to make other perks better. I don't really think any of those happened really so it doesn't change.
Also I would say killer is pretty okay balanced at the moment - the worst thing is probably the unholy amount of indoor-maps right now. It feels like every second match is one of those xD

Balanced Landing and Smash Hit are in perfect spot.
Until Lithe is neutered, and then 'well, these perks are just really strong, they could use a nerf'.
This isn't our first, second, third, fourth or fifth rodeo, buddy.
