Anyone else getting consistent 150+ ping on the PTB?

my wifi speed is running at aprox 120 mbps download/90 upload speed, so why is it that almost every game I play I am getting 120+ ping in the low end, and 200+ on the high end?

This issue basically never happens and it is only affecting dead by daylight - other games (such as league of legends for instance) are working fine

PTB works differently with matchmaking etc so you can more easily be sent to other servers.

Anyone else getting consistent 150+ ping on the PTB?
