The Terrifier is so fast

I AM NOT SAYING MAKE HIM A 110 KILLER! I was testing a few perks with Art and noticed that using his power does not count as an "attack" according to See How They Run (formerly Play With Your Food). This effectively gives Art permanent 15% Haste as long as he never uses M1 (yes, he doesn't lose the token at all, miss or hit). I am hoping that this is a glitch, as other killers like Wesker lose a token of PWYF even when he misses his Bound.
