I think it's better improve the game than putting skins, but that's just my opinion

Several cosmetics are already made. It's just a matter of releasing.
Regardless though, I'd assume... and hope... that they have separate teams for new content and those addressing bugs/fixes.

They didn't even made a cosmetics collection for this chapter

If this week they release one of Collections the date of PTB 2.7.0 can be 23th because last collection (3rd in this patch) is +/- when PTB come out

ofc they did, are you living in a cave?

No they didn’t. Spirit got weebo stuff and Legion got a 90s collection. Plague got squat. Poor Plague has literally been shown no love, even her time in the spotlight was taken by Ash.

They did.

@Aftertaste what is it then?

Releasing cosmetics right now would be akin to Nero playing the fiddle while Rome was burning.
Analogy only there for dramatic effect, but that's the idea.

Except that would mean nero had nothing to do with the burning of Rome.
As cosmetics and game balancing devs are different groups.

Nero being akin to a company's direction department, management, or whoever makes decisions.

@Condorloco_26 Both can co-exist and be prioritized.
Since its multiple teams you can't say cosmetics are prioritized when both are working at the same time.

@Bbbrian2013 I would agree with you if both teams were producing results at the same rate. Take a look into the 'bug reports' section of the forum, and tell me if they're fixing the game at the same rate new bugs are introduced to the game.
I don't know for sure, but I would infer more personnel and resources are being allocated at their cosmetic department, just by reading and experiencing all those bugs.
And that's a management issue, nothing else.
