Buff Killers Up To Billy Level
As the title says, pick a killer and give them a buff that will bring them on par with Billy. Don't shoot for Nurse strength or obviously overpowered, just what you think they would need to be viable.
Doc: Increase Shock stun to 3 seconds from 2.5, remove speed penalty for stance change and treatment mode.
Freddy: Failed skill checks no longer wake sleeping survivors. Injuring a Survivor now wakes them.
Pig: Reverse Bear Traps activate from sprinting rather than a generator finishing and a survivor must search all 5 boxes to remove an RBT.

Completely remove the loud ass scream from Pigs ambush attack that makes the attack completely useless as an ambush.

For Doctor, not sure if this is enough to make him top tier, but anything is good for him:
- Decrease his shock therapy charge time.
- Increase his shock range a bit, like at least by 50%.
- Remove charge penalty from his add-ons.
- (Maybe) Make Snap Out of It count as healing again.

Reverse beartrap and useless addons.
And you are right.
More killer should be viable like Billy.

Dream Transition is now 2 seconds and survivors wake up after being hit but gain no speed boost when hit. Freddy suffers no slowdown when putting someone to sleep. Freddy sees every awake survivors aura for 5 seconds after successfully putting a survivor to sleep

The Wraith should go fast while cloaked (have the Windstorm affect applied, I think the yellow one would be fair), but not have the slower uncloaking that goes along with that.

Billy addons are getting full rework but also nurse that what i heard its great news but i feel that billy should get a bit of a nerf so that ppl dont use him too much as a killer that have insta down all the time

Mcote has stated on his streams he doesn't care about killer so give up. Just wait for the killers to stop playing which is happening more and more every day. Then we can finally have much needed buffs to killers.

Doc: Like it.
Freddy: That's the biggest nerf I have ever seen since the patch that slowed him when he put a survivor to sleep!
Pig: Too OP.

Well Hag, Spirit and Nurse are better, so I'll choose Wraith.
176% base speed while cloaked (8.096 m/s).
Remove windstorm addons.
Give him a speed burst of 2 seconds.
Make him visible from only 24m.

Wraith seems like a popular killer that wouldn't take much to be Viable just a few number tweaks and a change to his invisibility.
Like others have said I think He should be naturally very Fast while he is cloaked.
Be only visible from a short distance since as it is now you can see the 'invisible' killer coming from a while away.
Remove the slow down from uncloaking, and if necessarily remove the windstorm to compensate.

I think wraith's cloaking needs a lot less time to come out of naturally but people should still be able to see him from a distance and nearby while cloaked because its not like wraiths don't bodyblock, palette block, window block or anything. Right?
Removing sounds from pig's ambush is stupid because you don't know where her ambush is coming from without looking around anyway and it will still hit you after you figure out where it comes from if she's close enough. I think the only people who would want to remove the sound from her ambush are the idiot pig players who would be in a visible loop and out of desperation crouch right in front of their victim then gets mad when the victim dodges it. I do not agree that her traps should take all 5 boxes because then the only way to win against her if she's running a lot of traps and especially if she's doing that and tunneling people with traps or who were unhooked is to run a team full of spinechill, toolkits, lightweight and iron will and nobody should have to build specifically for jerkwad pigs. It's the killers who need to build to counter the survivors, that's why they can see survivors getting ready in the lobby. Survivor's only jobs are to build for the benefit of their team depending on where their playstyle is best not specific jerkwad killers.

Really? I figured that would be a buff to Freddy since the only time survivors would wake up would be when directly in a chase with you or when they are around eachother, while also letting Freddy slow the game down a looot more from action speed penalty / wakeup times.
