New gamemode idea: Endurance mode
I just had this idea and would like to see what people think of the concept.
It would be 1 killer VS 4 survivors, as per usual, however the goal would be slightly different.
the survivors would have a significantly increased number of chances on the hook, say 10, as well as a significantly increased hook timer to heavily discourage camping.
however when all 5 generators are completed and the survivors leave, the gates would not take them out of the game, but instead would take you to a new map, where the trial can continue.
bloodpoints and shards could be rewarded based on how long the survivors are able to survive, and the same rewarded to killers based on how consistently they're able to hook survivors.
this would of course need significant tweaking, but that is the general gist of my idea, tell me what you think.

Hmmm not a bad idea, I couldn't imagine how long and boring this would quickly become for killers though

it would probably be a more relaxing way to enjoy killer over regular trials

Give killers access to more addons or perks so it's more exciting

Do survivors have a win condition or does it just go til they're all dead

just go till they're dead, surviving to get a significant amount of bloodpoints and possibly iridescent shards would be the reward

Uhm... three trials in a row in different realms would be very interesting!

It's an interesting concept but then runs the risk of having survivors hide forever. They can't win and obviously they're not gonna want to die. And by that logic the killer could conceivably hold the game hostage. Any suggestions on those fronts? (Not trying to say it wouldn't work, just some things would need to be planned around.

Great idea. How would It work if you have totem perks? Could you change builds in the middle-game?
