2+ KILLERS EXPLOIT
Now this is a " ruin the enjoyment of others " ?
Because when i was playing solo as survivor and found magically this bug (or exploit as they say) it was the best day of my life.....
I want it so bad as a new game mode :c

Well they have to find a reason to justify banning for it somehow. I agree with you that those games were the most fun I've had in ages, both as a Survivor or the original host Killer.

There should be more killers per match. Ideally 4 killers vs 4 survivors, otherwise it's unfair to be outnumbered.

What is concerning about this "warning" is this is happening completely random and to my knowledge no one knows how to replicate it. I've been in one of these games as one of the killers and everyone stuck around out of curiosity.
If BHVR are going to start dishing out bans for something players never intended to happen and have no control over, I think that is a very poor way of dealing with the issue.

Well it can be fun if the killers make it fun. The killers can also just ruin the experience for the survivors or even the killer (I saw a clip on twitch where another killer was blocking the host killer in the basement allowing the survivors to complete gens).

I nearly encountered it the other day, I was playing killer and a 3 man swf were in my lobby and the timer was counting down, thankfully I left because I thought the lobby was broken after the timer started.

@Pennywise So if you do it by accident... Is it also by accident you don't leave the match right away and stay in there for 10 minutes goofing around?
You might be able to appeal the ban if you bail out of the match right away and not stick it out for 10 minutes. Would be hard to claim it was an accident if you don't accidentally leave either.

It's not something you can do by accident and it's not random, you have to go out of your way and do several steps to make it happen. We have a way to verify who is the real killer (i.e. who started the lobby) and who is the "fake" killer(s). If you are the real killer and someone does the exploit in your lobby, you are safe, we are not going to ban legitimate players.

So how was the exploit discovered, if it's not something you can do by accident? Bootstrap paradox?

Not to be rude, but when I was loading in a game I suddenly got my loadout screen after the offerings and I could change my character. I didn't , because I thought it would maybe crash the game and I sadly don't have a screenshot, but this might have happened to others as well. The game is pretty broken right now and the people ruining most of everyone's fun are the disconnecters, maybe put some energy in that and fixing things instead of banning people who had some fun.

like that?

Agreed! 👍️

Like the legion exploit, which you still didn't disable the add-ons instead of banning? That's not by accident or random? Right?
Come on.......

What? :/

I remember that happen to me and it was really completely random or really don't know how did that happen
I was just waiting for next match and when game start, this happen and i still can change my perk and items

I don't get it , is anyone who ever used the glitch gonna get a ban until it's fixed , or just those who abuse it?
I know how it's done and there is a very small chance that it might happen by accident.

Are the bans going to be permanent or similar to the asylum glitch where people got unbanned after about a week?

While you're at it, can you fix the description of Head On so that it states that the perk will disable if you accumulate crows, maybe fix Autodidact's description, too since the only reason I even took that perk was because I thought it may work with Self Care, and it does not.
It's just really underhanded and misleading to put subtle and untold nerfs to the perks you implement.
