When the killers will keep their add-ons after the game?

I mean if killer can keep then then you can give less point to killer. One nice what to do will be if you get 2k+ then you have 100% to keep your Common add-ons, 80% your Uncommon, 60 % Rare, 40% Very Rare and 20 % the Ultra Rare.

How about if a killer 4ks they keep their add-ons?
Survivors get to keep their items if they escape, and it's a nice little reward for doing well.
