Fix them. Seriously that's it. They used to be more sensitive and calm spirit used to work. Bug fix4

I feel like crows should give off more information towards how much objective progress survivors make. Example when a gen is 80% complete crows caww cawww around the gen location.2
-
Maybe have a 20% chance of a crow that you disrupted to follow you and caw for 5 seconds, since it works for the entity.2
-
Could have the number of crows you disturb to go towards a counter, once you disturb x number of crows you are revealed to the killer for x seconds. Lots of things you could do with this.0

Make Spies From The Shadows a default Killer ability and change it to reveal Survivor auras.

Make the auras of disturbed crows visible briefly as they fly away. If you were hunting someone, you'd notice birds suddenly scattering. Seeing the auras of the crows means you know where a survivor has been, but won't see the direction they're going so helps stop it being too good at homing in on someone.
I feel like Spies from the Shadows is an unnecessary perk as there's just no reason to pick it imo. I don't think I've ever run it as killer. It would feel like a wasted perk slot to me.

I think a different visual cue would help. When gens blow up or windows are jumped through, we get that orange glowing alarm. What if when the crows caw, there's a blue alert in their direction? Make it different because the crows are slightly less useful information as people are probably running by them rather than interacting with them.

I like spies of the shadows. It's not the most useful perk but it's sometimes nice to know where survivors are moving especially as they don't expect it to be used.0
-
Beyond it being useful as people wouldn't expect it, I'd find it difficult to argue it's use over other perks that are available. Maybe in some fun themed builds based around tracking the survivors at every opportunity.
Edit: Or at least make the values 50/75/100% rather than 50/50/75%

They should implement a Birds Perk that gives a percent chance for Crows to manifest and begin pecking a Survivor about their head for a set amount of time during a chase. Would visually impair of course, and they can't peform any actions other than running or walking during that timeframe.
How about a Guardian style Perk where the Killer the can set Crows as watchers at various points. Maybe 1/2/3 sets of Crows that will provide a noise notification if disturbed.

I think there is already a perk to let you know if crows are disrupted but not much people use it. I think its called spies from the shadows.

Would also fix the problem with indoor maps. With outdoor maps you can see them fly off in the distance, meaning "hey somebody is over here", but with indoor maps and walls, you cant see jack.Changing crows into chasing you and cawing multiple times instead of just cawing once and flying off both fixes the indoor problem and gives Survivors an actual reason to avoid crows.
