Perks that will need to be Reworked for End Game
These are the end game perks that i believe will either be too strong in endgame collapse, have potential to work better with it, or won't work at all due to its introduction. Tell me if i missed any.
*NOED (too strong)
*Blood Warden (too strong)
*Rancour (too strong) EDIT: Rancour wouldn't be too strong, could just be reworked
*Dark Sense (could work better eg. activates when we enter endgame not after last gen)
*Bitter Murmur (could work better eg. activates when we enter endgame not after last gen)
*Hope (could work better eg. last all of endgame)
*Wake Up (could be made better but no idea how)
*Remember me (could be made better but no idea how)
*Left behind (Doesn't work anymore)
EDIT: Also adrenaline could be looked at too
Also not a perk but reverse bear trap will be incredibly OP

Why would NOED and Rancor be too strong if you can just, you know, leave the game like the timer will encourage you to?

Not_Queen already stated that NOED isn't changing. But a few end game perks are being changed.
Better keep cleansing those totems!

Yeh, maybe a good point, especially for rancour, but you could also argue you now have less time to cleanse the noed totem, and less time to save people caught by the one hit downs

@No_Cluie_Louis Injured, Dying, and hooked survivors make the end game timer slow down. You'll still have time, it's just no longer a pace mostly dictated by survivors.

Ah yes just saw this, though i still think it's a bad idea to leave it as there's like no chance of cleansing that totem and saving someone in time now

Obviously left behind will have to change. It was a garbage perk no one ever used and needed changed anyway. But I don't see why NOED, Blood Warden or Rancor would suddenly be too strong. Blood Warden doesn't last 3 minutes so I don't see the issue here. Rancor and NOED aren't really any stronger other than possibly when there is only 1 survivor and the killer closes the hatch. But they have already stated that some end game perks will change. We'll just have to wait and see.

Rancour isn't, as i've now corrected, however noed is as you have less time to find the totem, which can take ages, and bloodwarden definitely is as if you hook someone towards to end of the timer, but not so close to the end that they have left yet, you are essentially dooming everyone still there

Yeh i guess that's a good point, but we are yet to know how much slower it goes down, and i still think it will buff noed and bloodwarden

Honestly, Wake Up should increase your endgame timer by 40/50/60 seconds or increase the endgame timer for all survivors by 10/15/20 seconds. Furthermore, it should show the auras of the exit gates while granting infinite bond during the endgame.

Yes, it's clearly a buff for kills during the end game. Survivors gain literally nothing with the changes. Which is needed IMO since killers were powerless after the gates were powered and the game could be dragged for ages and held hostage etc. I think the changes will be for the better.

Am I correct that the killer can end the game before the gens are even done? This part to me is very stupid. So two gens get done, killer just says screw this and opens the gate to start the collapse. They get NOED (so much for “just cleanse the totems” if the survivors don’t even have the opportunity to lol). Now the survivors get nothing for points even if they escape and probably depip. The game was a waste of time. I don’t get it. What purpose is there for this? It makes perfect sense after the gens are done, but not before.

It’s not though if the killer can begin collapse whenever they please. Let’s imagine this very real scenario:
Ruin gets cleansed pretty early and the killer is angry about it. They decide they don’t even want to play it out and go open a gate. If NOED is left as is, this baby gets the perk activated automatically. Now he could easily end up with at least one kill that he didn’t deserve whatsoever (not to mention he could even have bloodwarden). No way should NOED proc in this type of scenario.

Remember Me could be reworked by the perk setting a trap on the exit gates, starting the Endgame timer if a survivor touches the exit gate, forcing them to complete it.

A timer isn't an especially big deal unless the killer had noed or bloodwarden, as they can drastically waste survivors time in the end game. Also, how am i being dramatic, all i said is some perks won't work anymore, and some could be changed to work better around it

Nah the difference is, i'm a good killer, who can actually see when things are unfair, whilst you are some idiotic leatherface main, who probably never gets a kill unless he face camps with the chainsaw, and continues to comment toxic things on the forums about entitled survivors every time someone even slightly suggests a buff to them. I don't even understand why you posted a reply.

Noed - can be prevented form happening at all and in 3 minutes can destroy the hex totem - too stroing...Nice try for another noed nerf..

I never thought of the fact that noed can be cleansed before the exit gates are opened, but then surely that buffs SWF as they can communicate and agree not to open the gates. I also took back what i said about Rancor, and for the others i mainly think this is a good opportunity to rework them. They don't exactly need it

NOED will be weak against SWF, who will cleanse it before opening that gates, which is the opposite of what we want. NOED is getting buffed in general as now if someone is downed in say the first minute of endgame, you no longer have the option to find NOED and save the person in time. NOED being a hex perk is rather pointless now as only SWF will manage to get all 5 (or 6?) totems, but other than that, it's very unlikely you will be able to find it fast enough in the end game.
As for blood warden, you can say it's only one minute, but which minute is unknown. It's impossible to know wether a killer has the perk, so if a killer catches someone on the second minute of endgame, and hooks them on the third, anyone still in the trial is dead for certain. It essentially secretly reduces the timer to 2 minutes. Sure you could say survivors should just leave, but then it will be the case of every time someone is caught when the gates are open, they may as well be dead as no one will save them. This is boring for both sides as the game will end prematurely.
