Hello everybody! Thanks for stopping by! I'm not going to be doing the stories for all of the characters (since most already have one), but rather a brief description of the game and character and why I think it would be a cool character to add into DbD. I didn't want this to be in the "Fan Creations" section because A, nobody ever looks at the Fan Creations section, and B, these aren't my characters, so I didn't really "create" these characters, just the perks, and abilities. However, any mod/dev may move this thread to Fan Creations if it causes an issue for anyone.
So lets-a-go!

FIRST CHARACTER (KILLER):

The Cellbreaker (Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 (and 4): Zombies - Mob of the Dead)

DESCRIPTION:

Brutus is an undead warden that upkeeps a zombie-infested version of Alcatraz island. In the game, he keeps 4 players trapped in an endless purgatory that won't let them escape the prison. In Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, you play as 1 member in a group of 4 soldiers that must battle endless waves of the undead (including Brutus) and break the endless purgatory cycle. Black Ops 4 gave Brutus so much more personality than his Black Ops 2 counterpart. There is a ton I could say about this character, but it's not extremely relevant to my point, but you can find more info here: http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Brutus_(Zombies). This "endless cycle" method that Brutus uses would fit great in Dead by Daylight. He tortures everyone who enters, and will not allow them to escape; they must fight until their last breath. I just feel like his character mentality combined with his brute strength would make him cool. I know he's technically a zombie, but nonetheless, I think its a cool concept.

Ability: Damnation

In the games, Brutus damages many things while on his hunt. He uses his club for breaking things and performing many actions. So I'm going to do a split ability (like the pig).

Part 1: Using your secondary action button, jump up and spike your club into the ground, creating a circular field of damaging electricity. The electricity will distort the survivor's view, making it difficult to concentrate. This field branches 12 meters in all directions by default. You are stationary while doing this action.

Part 2: A set of conditions that affect various objects.

Pallets: Using your club, you break pallets 10 percent faster. When you break a pallet, you leave behind a fire that you may pass through, but the survivors cannot. Survivors can put out this fire, but it takes 10 seconds to do so. Progression does NOT save when putting out the fires, so you must do it in 1 sitting.

Generators: Using your club, you break gens 25 percent faster. When you damage a generator, a small fire will appear around it. When this fire is in place, you cannot repair the generator. Once again, you can put out the fire by spending 10 seconds putting it out. However, when you're putting out the fire, gen regression speeds are increased by 1.25x. Progression does NOT save when putting out the fires, so you must do it in 1 sitting.

I was going to do exit gates and windows too, but I thought that would be a little OP.

Perks

Hex: No One Escapes Alive
Your internal rage will not allow the thoughts of escaping to become reality. When you break a generator, you gain a token (Max 12). 4/3/2 tokens are lost when a survivor is killed. The effects of the tokens are as follows:
(LVL 3 ONLY) 3 Tokens: Only 1 exit gate aura will be revealed automatically. The 2nd exit gate aura will be revealed 20 seconds later.
(Lvl 2 and 3 ONLY) 4 Tokens: The hatch cannot be opened with a key
7 Tokens: The hatch no longer has audio

Hex: Unbreakable Curse
The endless purgatory will not allow any survivors to leave.
When there is 1 gen left, 2 totems will become hexes and it will alert all survivors that the perk is in effect. The last gen cannot pop until 1 of these totems are destroyed.

Lock and Key: The exits have been tampered with and must be handled carefully. When a partially progressed exit gate is left unmanned, its progress will deteriorate at .33x/.66x/1x the normal opening speeds of the gate.

SECOND CHARACTER (SURVIVOR):

Albert "Weasel" Arlington (Call of Duty: Black Ops 2: Zombies - Mob of the Dead)

DESCRIPTION:

This character is from the same game as Brutus. Unlike Brutus, he only appears in the Black Ops 2 version of Mob of the Dead (not in Black Ops 4). In Black Ops 2, instead of playing as a group of 4 soldiers, you play as 1 of 4 prisoners (one of them being Weasel) and you must fight through endless hordes of the undead in order to escape from Alcatraz Island. Weasel is a very special character in the story. In Mob of the Dead, you can "break the cycle" as Weasel by killing all 3 of the other inmates. Weasel was also responsible for killing Brutus in the intro cutscene, turning him into a zombie. This character has associated with Brutus more so than any other prisoner did. He's even referenced many times in the Black Ops 4 remaster of the map, being called "Icarus". I just think he's the most worthy of being a survivor that would come along with Brutus. More info here: http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Albert_"Weasel"_Arlington

PERKS

Tamperer: You have a knack for finding destructive tools. You search chests 20/30/40 percent faster and will guarantee an "Alex's Toolbox" on your first completed chest search. The Alex's Toolbox will only have 50%/65%/80% durability. This perk nullifies Pharmacy. You cannot keep the toolbox after the trial.

Afterlife: When all hope is lost, you gather your last bits of energy for an escape attempt. When the dying state bleed out timer runs out, you get back up into the injured state. When you get back up, you suffer from the hindered status effect and a 20/25/30 second bleed out timer. Also, exhaustion is removed if affected. Once you are hit or the bleed out timer runs out, you instantly die. If you are healed in this state, it will remove the hindered status effect and the bleed out timer. If you are knocked down again, you instantly die.

Carpenter: Your carpenter skills allow you to repair 1/2(at lvl 3) pallet(s). The action takes 30/25/20 seconds to do and the progress of this action will not be saved if partially completed. You must repair the pallet in the location it was destroyed. Max of 4 pallets can be repaired in 1 game. The repaired pallet will be a downed pallet.

THIRD CHARACTER (KILLER):

The Withered (Five Nights at Freddy's 3)

DESCRIPTION:

This one is gonna get a little controversial. William Afton played the role of a child murderer in the popular horror game Five Night's at Freddy's. He would lure kids into the backroom of Freddy Fazbear Pizzeria before slaughtering them. He stuffed the remains of these children into animatronic animal suits. Many years later, the spirits of those children escaped and cornered Afton into a Spring-bonnie animatronic suit. Once he was inside the suit, the springlock mechanisms in the suit snapped, killing Afton in the bloody mess. Many years after that, the Spring-bonnie suit (with Afton inside) was found and brought to "Fazbear's Fright", a horror attraction and a memorial to those lost in the many murders. The spring-bonnie suit (now known as Springtrap) was claimed to roam the halls of the attraction during the nights. Shortly after its opening, Fazbear's Frights burned to the ground. Springtrap survived the fire and was next seen at another Fazbear establishment. This establishment was a trap for luring Springtrap into the establishment and setting it on fire. This fire ended up burning Springtrap and thus killing him once again. He arrived in an eternal purgatory where he was relentlessly being punished by the ones he killed. Eventually, the spirits the spirits let him go and Afton was sent to the deepest pits of hell.

With all that story outta the way, why do I think he'd be a good killer? He's a child murderer, which is one of the darkest things any killer in this game has ever done. He's also very unique. No other killer is like him. He'd bring a lot of new things to the table in terms of ability or perk options. FNaF was also one of the most popular games of this decade. It would bring in a lot of new fans and it would gather a lot of upcoming hype for the FNaF movie.

ABILITY: Mechanical Intelligence

Part 1: All hooks are replaced with springlock suits. These suits have the following conditions:
When you are in the suit, you will be faced with constant skill checks. Missing a skill check will take away 1/5 of your hooked hp meter.
Normal hook time.
There is no 2nd phase or struggling.
You can still attempt escape.
When you are rehooked, you lose 50% of your hooked hp meter (so if I get unhooked with 80% hp left, I'll have 30% hp left once I'm rehooked)

Part 2: Traps on objects. You have 4 traps total.
Pallets & Windows: You may place a trap on a downed pallet or a window. These traps take 6 seconds to place by default. Once a trap is applied to a pallet or window, there will be barbed wire surrounding it. If a survivor fast vaults a trapped window or pallet, many afflictions could apply depending on the survivors status. If the survivor is healthy, it will injure the survivor. If the survivor is injured, they will suffer from the mangled and hemorrhage status effects until healed, as well as the hindered status effect for 15 seconds. These traps can be disabled by survivors (the action takes 5 seconds). They can also be destroyed via sabo (takes as long as bear trap sabo), but only 1 trap can be destroyed at a time. The traps have a sabo regen timer of 60 seconds (like bear traps).

Generators: If you place a trap on a generator, it cannot be repaired until it's removed. The removal process of these traps takes 20 seconds. Also can be destroyed via sabo.

PERKS:

Brutal Destruction: You know how to take machines apart effectively. When you break a generator, it regresses 25%/50%/75% faster.

Entity's Calling: You have a close bond with the entity. You sacrifice survivors 4%/8%/12% faster.

Blood's Devotion: You become obsessed with 1 survivor. When you chase your obsession, you gain bloodlust 20%/30%/40% faster.

FOURTH CHARACTER (SURVIVOR):

Clementine (Telltale's The Walking Dead)

DESCRIPTION:

Clementine is from Telltale's The Walking Dead. She is a survivalist who serves as the main protagonist for the Final Season of the game. She's a survivalist and carer who would have many survival and altruism based perks. I don't know too much about Telltale's Walking Dead games (other than that they're really good), but I think the Clementine would be welcomed with open arms. She has a unique personality that is different than all of the other survivors and she's a survivalist. That's pretty much it. I just think she would be perfect for Dbd.

PERKS:

Survivalist's Instinct: You know how to pull yourself together when in danger. When you are unhooked in the killer's terror radius, the perk activates. If the perk is active and you are hit, you will be inflicted with the Deep Wounds instead of going down. Another hit will put you into the dying state. Also, if the deep wounds timer runs out, you will go into the dying state (Essentially, a personal borrowed time). The unhooker gets 2x bloodpoints for that unhook.

A Friend In Need: If you unhook the same person twice in a row, they are instantly healed when you unhook them (applies to the 2nd unhook). They get 25%/30% more bps in all categories (Lvls 2 & 3).

Last Man Standing: When you are the last survivor left and the hatch is open, the hatch's aura is revealed to you. Your aura is revealed to the killer in an infinite/48m/30m range.

Phew, lads, that took way too long (almost 5 hours). Any constructive criticism or feedback is appreciated. Comment what you think about these ideas!!
