Please bring back depiping for dcing.
many people right now DC the moment they get downed because they know they wont lose any rank, leaves the other survivors not in a good position and takes away bp from killer.

Some people used the depipping while DCing to get to lower ranked games and to sandbag both fellow survivors and the killer. That may be why they stopped depipping you when you DC. Hopefully they'll enroll some sort of punishment for DCing (like wait times, etc.) other than the ban they do once you get to a certain amount.

I think it might be a good idea to implement a time penalty on quitters so they cant readily get into new matches as fast. Cumulative penalty so its worse over time too. the only issue I see is the system not being able to differentiate a DC from a network drop and still penalize innocent players.This should be easier to accomplish logistically after dedicated servers are implemented since it wont be a P2P connection and a sudden DC would be either the server itself or the player.

It can't be too hard to program it to recognize when someone specifically presses "leave game"
