Do they care if players are having a harrowing experience in their game or do they only bother to fix hacks that affect the in-game store?

What am I to do with all these videos if there's no place to report them and no support staff willing to accept them?

They've not banned a single hacker I've reported, but somehow keep framing innocent players and banning them.

Any news on an upcoming report system or just ways to squeeze money out of us?

    They care, they just decided when they first made the bets to make easy spaghetti code. This backfired as that code bugs out from unprepared changes, like perks breaking from a sound change. If they actually recoded the game, you’d see WAY LESS bugs, and when they patch bugs, none would replace them.

    Tryhard PC players get an almost unhacked console.
    Lol jk, just acting like some emotionally crippled others who have been doing that to console players over waiting on the DLC.

    So they're not willing to put in the hard work required aka they don't care UNLESS someone figures out a way to get infinite shards/auric cells then that's fixed within seconds.

    The game was hardcoded poorly. The reason they’re are reluctant to fix things is because it just creates more bugs. They’d need to make the games entire CODE from the ground up

    Is the #devsdontcare movement still a thing? But since cheaters are in almost every online game I think they can't really get rid of them so easily.
