Doubtful. The release of MoM shows they are one of two things when it comes to balance, Either they don't know how to balance or they don't care. Neither are very good options.

It's almost impossible to make any game balanced, making DBD balanced is even more difficult. But we can hope.

Fingers X'd that even though it won't be balanced (it's impossible to balance an asymmetrical multiplayer game), It'll at least be more balanced and less buggy than it is currently.

I mean if thanos is the killer for chapter 13 then I guess it will be balanced
but in all seriousness it is probably impossible to balance the game there will always be one side that has an advantage over the other.
