Both killers and survivors would be more fun if killers were actually SCARY

Make killers more scary and actually threatening, survivors won’t have time to complain about having monotonous gameplay. Scary killers = happy killers, which means people who play killer won’t be as discouraged to play them which means faster queue times and less lobbies dodged.

It’s not “fun” when it feels like killers are deliberately muzzled or punished while survivors are given everything handed to them on a silver platter. The Entity does not strike me as a creature of mercy, I’m pretty sure survivors were not kidnapped to have a damn tea party. It wants blood! Not ring around the rosie!

Killers should be more like Russell Crowe in Gladiator not Les Miserables, you feel?

Haha, you figured that out on your own? Good, now go make Behaviour understand all of that because killers have been saying the same thing for a looooong time and devs dont seem to get the idea...

They literally said that if you want to be competitive, aka be a scary killer, you have to play either Billy or Nurse. Now killers are playing those characters more than ever, just like the devs wanted...

    Good job devs :)

  • Its true, when I play Killer it feels like BHVR ties my hand behind my back.

And every Killer that sets me free instantly gonna be nerfed next.

I keep hearing it said that the devs want killers to be “fun” and I was just trying to address why that was inherently false.

They are wrong about Billy and Nurse. Other killers should be as viable as they are if only to spare survivors from further monotony. IT IS NOT FUN FACING BILLIES BACK TO BACK (or any killer for that matter - it sure seems on ps4 Billy and Leatherface are every other game.)

The most pressing issue is that what BHVR defines as fun and what the community at large defines as fun are very different when it comes to killers. They seem to be very out of touch when it comes to viability and what the community will deem fun. Viable killers are fun killers. Very few are playing an asymmetrical pvp game with a casual mindset. I don't have fun when I'm getting stomped as Clown and I feel like it's a design thing. It's almost as if they're developing a different game than we think we're playing, or vice versa.

this game is not about being scary, in fact it never was scary. It's a cat and mouse game, and very entertaining in chases. Everyone knows this is about looping and chasing; if u wanna get scared you should play a single player horror game. (Soma, alien isolation..)

All I want as survivor are opponents that actually challenge me. Mind games and uncertainty are important and a fun factors that most if not all killers need. Really dislike the hand holding as a means of preventing survivor demoralization. Survivors are suffering from a serious lack of pressure.

Maybe guys... Just MAYBE.... The entity chose these specific Survivors... because they know that they could punish the killers. They knew that the survivors they chose, would eventually get good enough to never get caught. So in the end... It's really the Killers being punished for all eternity, not the Survivors.

To make killers scary, they should make 4k under 3 minute the balance standard
