Patch Notes Thoughts
My thoughts on the PTB patch notes in general, the bug fixes is pretty good. I love the End Game Collapse as well. I'm going to give my thoughts on each detail.
Dedicated Servers. Super exciting, it'll be tested in about two days. I'm expecting this to at least be worth to stay playing till summer. Let's be honest, despite some things, it is.
Features & Content sound good. I'm really hyped to see five player games more and to finally get at the bottom of the DC epidemic. Maybe see punishments? I'm not giving my hopes up though.
The End Game Collapse is super cool. Despite possible body blocking in the basement, this is fantastic. I believe the timer should be shorter, though the slowed timer should stay when downed/hooked.
Out of Balance, I hate two things; the fact that you can't see the DW timer and the fact that you can't hatch grab. As killer, it was so satisfying to grab a survivor and as survivor it was depressing but well played.
I like the survivor perk changes. As a survivor main, I'm satisfied with the Remember Me change, however, as a survivor main who knows the struggles of killer, it's super irritating.
Killer changes, the Plague got scoring events, cool. The Pig got a massive nerf that was honestly unneeded. I already didn't like to play her, she just wasn't fun, but this is irritating. I'm fine with these Wraith changes.
The Legion honestly needs like five paragraphs. Oh my lord. I don't like these nerfs to the Legion. As another said, I'm fine with them completely starting Legion over. I firmly believe that these nerfs will lead them to a new direction with their power.
Bug fixes, map fixes. Normal stuff, cool cool.
For the majority of the patch notes, I liked them. They were satisfying, however, I don't like the killer changes. I'm super excited for the End Game Collapse and that's honestly it.

What really ruffles my jammies is the gates being 15 seconds instead of 20.

Don't forget survivors earn more bp during the collapse while killers earn less.

The end-game is just a glorified farming event for survivors. There's nothing positive in it for killers.

Every match should have a timer from the beginning. Nobody likes a 20min match of mostly nothing happening

Honestly I don't remember writing this but it's on my quick memo thing so I did write this, I have proof I wrote this. And I just read it and if you read in between the lines, I wrote I'm a survivor main. I hate Remember Me, but as a survivor main who knows the struggles as killer, it's irritating that it got nerfed, but I guess necessary idk?? The BP gain could be higher for killers. Definitely.
I'm exhausted and there was a huge storm last night so I think I was in a super satisfied mood.
I don't like timers. Period. Timers suck, I hate them. Unless I'm making tea or a chocolate pie. But 20 mins are usually me running from a farming killer because I don't realize they're farming. :D

That will put even more pressure on killers, they sometimes already have a hard time time based.
