Wraith NERFED LOL!
So apparently, on the new PTB, Wraith has lost his instant speed up after UNCLOAK LOL! WHY? Nobody asked for this devs. What we asked for originally was that Wraith not slow down at all on UNCLOAK because he doesn't slow down to cloak. What did we get? The exact opposite of that. I need answers.

Have you ever seen a new patch without bugs ??? I havent. I could tell you that many things wouldnt work before the PTB and I would be right 100% of the time

I destroy people with Wraith. It takes a crazy tryhard 4 swf team to ruin me. Otherwise it's over.

Dedicated servers aren't up and running properly yet so there is issues with lag etc, they are relly just testing to see if they can handle the player load for now and get feedback on the code which will need to be tidied up a hell of a lot before going live.

With dedicated servers killers go from zero ping to having to deal with latency, which is a nerf for all killers and a really big nerf for huntress and nurse specifically.

If he doesn't have that speed burst, then it's a bug.
The DEVs took the windstorm addons and put it into his base kit when they reworked Wraith.

It's not intentional. We're using a very early version of dedicated servers right now and there are going to be a lot of gameplay issues. Some powers, abilities, perks, and add-ons may not be working perfectly just yet. This test is focusing on the infrastructure of dedicated servers. After this test, we will be refining the gameplay side of things to make sure that everything works as it should. The Wraith has not been changed.

Any chance Wraith can just NOT slow down while uncloaking? I mean, it's worth asking lol.
