We Are Entertainment

We Are Entertainment.

We exist solely to entertain survivors; so they have someone to play with.

The are not our prey, we are their game.

It is as it always has been, and always will be.

Survivors are the focus of the game.

Thats the reason I literally stopped playing killer after introduction of mom, I thought they learned from their past but nop they are still same hope they are now starting to design killer bots because killer playerbase will drop significantly after this patch goes live

Well its not yet true for all killers.

Back then on the steam forums, when pig got out i founda rather nice methaphor. Rbt as a mechanic are not meant to be dangerous, theyre like a rollercoaster: thrilling for a short while but still perfectly safe.

The day billy gets a stamina system ill probably fully admit your theory.

Maybe you are, not me. Sure, I don't get to sacrife all of them all the time, but I exist only to kill

Honestly I got this feel from the switch trailer form the game which was basically:

"Oh yeah you can stealth your way, scavenge for resources in order to survive in a horror game as an awesome Survivor! (or be a Killer I guess...)"

That stuff right there is what urks me. Killers aren't having fun and seemingly aren't meant to be the ones having fun. It often feels we are being treated as functions and not the OTHER HALF OF THE PLAYERBASE FOR A MULTIPLAYER GAME. We still gotta put in money, but get back less enjoyment for doing more than survivors.

@ReikoMori What you say isn't wrong. I bought F13 on the cheap tonight just for the offline mode. I figured: What the heck? I can relax and just kill A.I. counselors as Jason when I don't feel like real PvP.

And sadly, playing that little offline mode was more fun than playing killer here has been lately.

(Note: I have no real interest in F13 PvP, I just wanted the offline mode.)

You only played f13th for one night. Once the novelty wears off you will get bored. At least I did with pvp. I couldn't play offline it seems even more boring.

@Judith Yeah, but I wouldn't be playing F13 nightly anyway. Hell, I don't play Dead by Daylight nightly. They're both side games.

@MystiKasT Entertainment? Sometimes, I feel like this playing Killer. Maybe they should license the song and dance emote, and we can just provide a floor show while we're gen-rushed.
