Scroll in between characters

when you go to change characters, you are required, by law (aka lazy coders) to be hovering over another character in order to scroll up or down, but, god forbid that you are in between chars... Why cant you scroll up or down if you are mouseover the buffer between the chars??!

It doesn't matter, or harm the game, but it is bad programming...

Talk about first world problems... I mean, I agree it's annoying, but all you have to do is move your mouse a few cm to the side.

There are times where you start in one row, scroll once and end up between rows (ie Below Wraith and above MM) and you scroll a few more times before you see you missed the picture. Yes, it is "first world problems" but, it is bad/lazy and easy to fix, and could be a testament to how dedicated the Devs are to producing quality work
