I don't think this is a good idea, because some people would be resting on thoses buff to play the game and this could be "abused" at some points for killer to just camp 3 gens the rest of the match and slugging surv so they keep the buff. It will be really hard to balance and probably not worth it to make it into the game

As of the latest ptb:
- The hatch spawns.
- The hatch spawns for the last survivor.
- The hatch spawns for the last survivor when zero generators have been completed.
- The gates get powered when the hatch is closed.
Survivors dont need more of such help as they will be given 3 chances of escaping without even equipping any safety-net-perks themselves.
