Buffs To Make EVERY Killer Viable
Trapper...
-Start the trial with ALL traps.
-Trap Darken add on are baseline.
-Trap can be reset without picking up.
-Traps require considerably hard skill check to disarm. Sabotage perk makes skill check moderately hard.
Wraith...
-No Slowdown on UNCLOAK
-Blood stains are more visible while cloaked. (This Nerf reverted)
-Automatic windstorm on UNCLOAK is 1.5 secs like old windstorm add on.
-Terror radius surpressed 6 secs after UNCLOAK baseline.
Hillbilly...

-Can stalk multiple survivors again (I can't remember if this was reverted or not.

-Remember Me nerfs REVERTED!

-Jigsaw boxes auras not shown to survivors AT ALL!
-Jigsaw boxes RNG improved. 15% chance first box has key baseline.
Clown...
-Tonic blocks interactions. If intoxicated, you can't vault windows, drop pallets, etc.
-No slow down on refill.
Spirit...
-Fix sounds
-Blood can be seen in phase.
Legion...
-ALL NERFS REVERTED
-Moonwalk "exploit" fixed.
-115% movement speed
-Deep Wounds counts as healing action.
-Repeated FF stab increase mending timer baseline.
Plague...
-Vomit slow down removed.
-Sickness gives a 10% action debuff. Debuff increases up to a Max 25% depending on how sick you are.
-Full sickness lowers vault Speed.
-Fountains do not auto heal. They just remove sickness.
-All fountains can be left corrupted preventing sickness cleansing!

Frankly hag doesn't need the speed boost. If anything, extend the range she can teleport a bit but that's all.
As for Huntress, let her wind up a bit more and lower the hit boxes on a lot of walls (spots that look like she can throw over but can't) and she'd be in a solid place.

They need to reduce the gap between the best and worst killers. They should look at the stats, see which killers are not being played, which killers are performing the worst and start applying minor buffs to them. Once complete, as long as the killer is not more powerful than than Hillbilly, they know that they didn't go too far, as he is considered the balance benchmark.
Then start the process again.

Well, all killer (except Nurse and Billy, and billy needs a nerf in his penalitation ejem ejem)

Those Huntress buffs are made for noobs who can't be bothered to take the time to learn her. She doesn't need 115% movement or crosshairs if the player is actually good at playing her, all she needs is QOL for the hatchets (buff wind-up or full charge time). As for the lullaby, just make it non directional, problem solved.

Honestly, a lot of these changes are a bit too much. And I am a person who plays a lot of killer, I do agree with some things, but a lot is wayyyy too much to actually be used.

Also your Legion buff is a disaster. You can't just "remove Moonwalking" without addressing how or altering how his power works. Maybe the PTB version isn't the greatest but classic Legion is infinitely worse and just damages the game.

@KaoMinerva I actually agree a lot with the Wraith buffs you proposed, except for that last part. Otherwise, I feel it'd make the wraith much more smooth then he is now.

Jigsaw boxes have no auras? Are you mad? Maybe if you make the Iridescent Add-on baseline then ok, but no auras ever? Nope

wow. viable or broken? I mean, clown gas completely stopping interactions like pallet drops and window vaults? no auras on jigsaw boxes? 115% hag and huntress? solo play is hard enough as it is, I'm not trying to 4man swf sweat every game lol

thats the problem when it comes to fixing some killers not every survivor is a sweaty try hard some swf just want to play with friends and have a chill game but because so many people abuse the swf everyone suffers

I play Killers in the most of all, these "buffs" are like removing every downside and make a killer a 100% no flaw machine, killers are meant to have flaws and punish you as well as reward you.

You were a little crazy for me and then you lost me on making hag 115%, you need to calm down. Killers are supposed to have downsides but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be viable. As a killer main I have to say that these are crazy and need more thought put into them. Like said earlier, you just made every killer perfect. That's not what needs to be done.

Hag is way stronger than Billy and almost Spirit level that buff would break her, she'd surpass even Nurse.

I wouldn't say she'd surpass nurse. Her teleport isn't completely free so she still has to adhere to certain mechanics that Nurse just ignores fully. But she'd certainly surpass Spirit

They could make Doctor Billy-tier pretty easily. Just remove the modes. M2 to static shock, static aura is always on but with a smaller radius (0.5*TR?). He wouldn't have Billy's mobility, but he would be almost as strong as Nurse in loops/chases.

How can you guys seriously say Trapper, Wraith, Plague, Freddy, LF, Docktah etc buffs are bad? I'm willing to dial back on Hag, but come on here.
Plain and simple I knew there would be resistance to these buffs because it'll make it harder on survivors. Let's be honest about this.
Trapper takes entirely too long to set up. The traps are way too bright with nerfed hitboxes. It's incredibly too easy to disarm them and it makes no sense to constantly pick up the trap. You can just reset it like he does when he steps on it.
Wraith UNCLOAK makes no sense to slow down because he doesn't slow going back invisible. Only potatoes will not see a Wraith coming anyways and the slow still hinders just enough to let them get to a loop spot. There was no reason to remove auto Bloodhound in cloak.
Plague buffs are simply what we asked for in ptb. Full sickness has no penalty besides broken. You can still be looped to hell and gen rushed. The free heals makes no sense and should be removed. If you could leave all fountains corrupt, that would put insane pressure on survivors.
I didn't see arguments against Freddy buffs.
Leatherface needs these buffs. He's basically a m1 killer and his chainsaw as it is now is more annoying than helpful. Without top green add on, it's useless.
Clown buff are fine to me because it'll stop loops completely. In a loop, survivors don't care ######### gas. You can still be looped to hell around a pallet. This has buff cuts loop off completely.

no matter what if you buff killer(they wont only the weak killer that are only freddy and bubba) the only killers that will be playing its nurse and billy until they do something about it and it will happend since most of the players play nurse or billy
