Yes I meant perks since add ons, offerings and items are different. But if you guys want I can edit it.

If it is just perks, killers don't have overpowered builds imo.
If you include offerings and addons, well there are too many things to mention lol

The thing with add ons, items and offerings is you can't use them all the time. That is why I see them as different.

Billy and Nurse so easy that i have to play addonless to have some challenge

Not on console tho. Billy is kinda strong but Nurses are usually bad.

You haven't faced a good PS4 nurse, just because it's harder doesnt make it impossable. Nurse is still great, but it is the player using her.

I've been playing Doc a lot lately, and for a famously weak killer, it's amazing how this build is so effective:
Distressing
Brutal Strength
Ruin
BBQ (only for BP)
Jigsaw Piece offering, and two purple addons, one that increases you TR in Treatment mode, and the other that increases static field effectiveness by 25%.
Of course, you can't use a map offering every game. But you asked for an OP build. This one gifted me with countless disconnects, especially when Ruin is in a good spot (second floor). Ruin or BBQ can be replaced with Overcharge as well, works fine once they're in Madness 2.

There are no OP killer builds any more, much less perks themselves.

Survivor: no mither, resilience, this is not happening and spine chill
Great to ensure great skill checks and boost action speed, also gets a warning to avoid most killer's so no mither doesn't screw you as much

Maybe not OP, but really really good:
Killer - Wraith
Perks:
Distressing
Infectious Fright
Pop Goes the Weasel
Overcharge
These perks combined give immense pressure on the survivors. You can snowball super fast with infectious fright, and demolish gens with the PGTW+Overcharge combo.
Slap on any windstorm and swift hunt, and you'll crush survivors.
EDIT: You could switch out sloppy butcher for overcharge, to apply healing pressure on survivors.

All OP Killer perks are OP,
because survivor main said it.
Survivor mains:"BBQ and Ruin OP".
Me:"Hide in Lockers before the killer hook and gen tap or hit the great skillchecks or
destroy the totem".
Survivor main:"OP KILLER PERKS!!!".

Only one build comes to mind as op for me: Nurse: Fire up, Bamboozle, Enduring,Brutal strength

Not really op, but just a good build in general, especially my bae spirit fury.

OP killer build would include Ruin and NOED. Those 2 perks in combination is crazy strong on every killer. All you need to do it catch someone, camp them to force a gen rush, they die by the time end game comes around, then NOED the next person and camp them. Easy 2k at minimum, but chances are because survivors will make attempts to save you will get a lot of 4k's from it.
