Devotion and the ranking system

I got it we can have a competitive and casual now just a idea but hear me out it would work something like the competitive from overwatch and rocket league use the rank 20-1 for competitive and player level for casual (yes you would still gain player level in competitive) what do you guys think

The playerbase is not large enough to afford being split into multiple gamemodes.

Restrict SWF to Casual, put ranks there as well so people have their ego boosters. Then you make a true Ranked mode where each Killer and Survivor gets 4 Perks to choose from a random assortment, maybe a total of 10 Perks chosen randomly from their current available ones. Would be some fun times in that one.
