Idea to make prestiging worth it and lessen grind

This is very simple idea I had. It would massively reduce the grind for the high end players.

What I'm proposing, is different levels of teachables. Everything would be the same from the first teachable. Other characters can still get it in their bloodweb and level it up to 3.

But what if at prestige 2, when you reach a level to unlock a certain teachable you can buy a level 2 version? Then when that perk shows up in other bloodwebs it will appear as level 2 (if they dont have it). And prestige 3, they get the level 3 version of the perk. Thoughts?

Considering the most perks are teachables nowadays, that would indeed speed things up rapidly.

    Sounds Kind of Cool.

What if Prestige 1, 2 and 3 characters received a 10%, 20% or 30% reduction in cost to all items in the blood web. IE. a normal 3000 BP cost would be 2700 at P1, 2400 at P2 and 2100 at P3. The value is that as you prestige it makes it easier to gain perks and equipment. Definitely worth working towards. Or even 5%, 10%, 15% would make it worthwhile long term.

My personal suggestion was to give players the ability to choose a common addon at P1+2, which would be made unlimited, then at P3 they can choose an uncommon addon which would be made unlimited.

That would be nice, to have Cypress Memento Mori, Shroud of the Seperation, and, a Trapper's Bag, for example, with unlimited numbers to use.

However, that'd guarantee four Toolboxes per every single match, so, probably no.

@Neprašheart He said addons though not items.

If there weren't a couple of bullshit addons like billy's insta chainsaw or nurse's 3rd blink + omegablink, I would be okay with making P1 - brown addons unlimited P2 - Yellow addons unlimited and P3 - Green addons unlimited.

These addons generally modify the killers' power without making them OP, at least imo.

It's a good idea but it's not making the grind itself easier so I don't think this would work as intended. It makes it harder to get all perks if you only prestige yourn mains and only has an effect on all other characters, also it's not worth to prestige 3 a character to save 6 levels of bloodwebs only saves you around 300k bloodpoint

@KingB - How would you deal with characters that have not been prestiged at all but are effectively on level 150+. It would be a massive loss to anyone that unlocked all the perks for someone but did not prestige them when they hit level 50.

    Oh, my bad..

If only the Add-ons, I'll be all up for it.

You would just deal with the fact, that you've spent X millions of Bloodpoints on them. I don't see anything wrong with that, even though, I'll be the one, who has spent more than eight millions on Rin Yamaoka.
