Fix Losing add ons

So basically (Im pretty sure this is a bug) if I bring an item with me and I survive a couple of games and I still have the item (with add ons) maybe every 4th or 5th game I lose one of the add ons on my item which makes no sense even if this is intentional (which im sure its not) I shouldnt lose my add on for SURVIVING the game it has been like this for at least 1-2 years from what I experienced and it should be fixed by now

Anyone else run into this?
